★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenunfreundlich. Habe mein Handy abgegeben, weil mein Display kaputt ist. Mir wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass sie es nicht haben und schauen müssen, ob sie es bekommen. Ich werde von ihnen angerufen. Nach über einer Woche schau ich nochmals vorbei, da kein anruf kam.
Wurde dann von Mitarbeiter angemotzt, dass sein Cousin mich bereits angerufen hat.
Einen guten Kundenumgang sucht man hier vergebens.
 Customer unfriendly. I handed in my cell phone because my display is broken. I was then told that they didn't have it and had to see if they could get it. I get a call from them. After more than a week I check back because there was no call.
Was then asked by the employee that his cousin had already called me.
You will look in vain for good customer relationships.

Display repair was extremely expensive, will never have anything repaired there again.
