★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde eine legging von der Verkäuferin empfohlen, der Bund sei angenehm. Ich hatte Zweifel geäußert, aber sie trotzdem gekauft. Beim probieren fiel auf, dass der Bund eine Katastrophe ist, also bin ich am selben Tag zurück in den Laden und hab um Geld zurück gebeten. Die Verkäuferin sagte höflich, das Geld retour Service gäbe es erst ab nächster Woche, ich solle dann zurück kommen. Das ist anstrengend und unnötig. In jedem anderen Laden ist das möglich.
I was recommended a legging by the saleswoman, the waistband was pleasant. I had expressed doubts but bought it anyway. While trying it I noticed that the Bund is a disaster, so I went back to the store the same day and asked for the money back. The saleswoman said politely that the money back service would not be available until next week and that I should come back then. It's exhausting and unnecessary. This is possible in any other store.
