Beim ersten Waschen (Schonprogramm!) ist eine Naht eines Deckenbezugs ausgerissen, da mit viel zu knapper Nahtzugabe genäht wurde. Bei meiner Reklamation wurde mir angeboten, die kaputte Naht zu reparieren, ein Austausch wurde abgelehnt. Nach nunmehr zwei Wochen habe ich nachgefragt, wann ich den reparierten Bezug abholen kann. Auskunft einer Mitarbeiterin: Das kann noch dauern, die Schneiderei ist auf Urlaub. Genauer Termin konnte nicht bekanntgegeben werden. Ich werde den kaputten Bettbezug nun selbst reparieren. Gunkel hat mich zum letzten Mal gesehen. Nachtrag: Gunkel hat sich mittlerweile doch noch bereit erklärt, die mangelhafte Bettwäsche auszutauschen. Three weeks ago I bought two sets of bed linen from Gunkel. During the first wash (gentle cycle!) A seam of a duvet cover was torn out because the seam allowance was far too tight. When I complained, I was offered to repair the broken seam, but an exchange was refused. Two weeks later, I asked when I could pick up the repaired cover. Information from an employee: It may take some time, the tailoring shop is on vacation. The exact date could not be announced. I will now repair the broken duvet cover myself. Gunkel saw me for the last time. Addendum: Gunkel has meanwhile agreed to replace the defective bed linen.
