Gäbe es 0 Sterne, dann würde ich 0 Sterne abgeben. Das man potenzielle Käufer*innen anlügt und Aussagen von sich gibt, nur damit die Kundin still ist, ist wirklich das unterste Niveau. (Der Herr, der für den Online-Shop tätig ist, ist von diesen Aussagen ausgeschlossen) Ich habe im Jänner 2022 die Balenciaga Speed Trainer in Schwarz von meinem Bruder als Geburtstagsgeschenk bekommen. Leider hat er die falsche Größe gekauft und hat mir die Rechnung gegeben, damit ich es umtauschen kann. Meine gewünschte Größe war in Amicis nicht vorrätig, dafür habe ich eine Gutschrift von Amicis bekommen und sie haben mich auf die Warteliste gesetzt. Nach paar Wochen wollte ich anrufen und fragen, ob die Schuhe schon da sind. Sie meinten, nein wir bekommen sie wahrscheinlich auch nicht mehr. Dann meinte ich, das die Schuhe auf der Seite von Balenciaga verfügbar ist und ob man es nicht eventuell bestellen könnte. Die Dame meinte, dass sie keine einzelnen Kundenbestellungen aufgeben. Nach paar Wochen habe ich wieder angerufen. Nach mehrmaligen Diskussionen, hat eine Dame und ein Herr von Amicis gesagt, dass sie doch noch ein paar für mich bestellen können. (Obwohl es ANGEBLICH ja keine einzelnen Kundenbestellungen gab? :))))) Sie meinte „Mein Kollege versucht noch ein Paar für sie zu bestellen, wir werden sie bald anrufen, wenns da ist.“ Vorige Woche habe ich dann erneut angerufen, sie meinte „Ihr Schuh wurde bestellt und ist auf dem Weg. Da der Schuh aus Paris kommt, dauert der Versand lang.“ Da es mir überhaupt nicht realistisch vorkam, habe ich im Store angerufen und die Dame am Telefon war schockiert und hat gesagt, das sie noch nie einen einzelnen Schuh für Kund*innen bestellt haben. Das bedeutet, dass diese Mitarbeiter diese Aussagen nur gesagt haben, damit ich still bin :) Also Wow! Echt ein seriöser Shop, man wird ja sogar in H&M besser aufgehoben als in Amicis! Das man ihre eigenen Kunden anlügt??? Natürlich hat es nicht lange gedauert, bis die Storemanagerin mich angerufen hat. Sie meinte, dass die Schuhe eine Saison vorher bestellt werden aber es nie einzelne Bestellungen von Kundinnen möglich ist. Dann kommen wir wieder zum Anfang: Wie können dann Mitarbeiter*innen von Ihnen mir sagen, dass ja der Schuh bestellt worden ist und auf dem Weg von Paris zu mir ist. Also wirklich peinlich.... Sowas habe ich zum ersten Mal erlebt und das von einem so teuren und angeblich „edlen“ Händler, wie Amicis...

If you are treated well and feel somewhere good you tend to come back what I cant say about this shop. I was there alone, wanted to change some clothes because my boyfriend didnt buy fitting ones. The staff hasitated to change it, was facing like sour lemon and not very helpful with choosing suitable pieces. I guess if you want to sell also next time and we were not there first time, you try to comply with smile and try to find some solution but your staff - all of the girls there - are totaly not usable for selling business. We have a lot of money to spend but rather somewhere else where we feel welcomed and in friendly and warm atmosphere.

If you want to get the worst service in Vienna - welcome to AMICIS. My husband presented me Louboutin shoes. I wore it once from the car to the restaurant and back. And ... a piece of the sole of the shoe fell out! The next day I was already in this store. They didn’t apologize, didn’t even offer water or coffee, didn’t offer to repair shoes! They just gave the address of the shoe-master and said that Louboutin shoes should only be worn indoors.. Is it for shoes costing close to 1000 euros? BUT I need to say, when my husband was choosing shoes, the consultant said "These shoes can be worn every day." I would definitely NEVER recommend this boutique to ANYONE. I've never seen anything like this in Russia, Italy or France. Always great service. That's why I am in shock from yesterday and still now after visiting this shop. Please read reviews and avoid places like this! Where they try to earn the maximum right now and do not care about the client later.

If i could i would give 0 stars! I am a client of this store bcs i love Manolo Blahnik and sadly this is the only store where you can buy it and even if 70% from the time I had a bad experience in there I love to much my Blaniks and i came back everytime but today was the last time I put foot in this store! I never saw in my life such a arogant , unprofesional and unfriendly personal! Like everytime, I want it to buy my Blaniks but the lady that aprouch me had such a bad behaviour that i could not spend one cent in that store anymore and I left. Like a costumer you feel judged from the second you past the door and it is a shame bcs when you want to spend some good money in a store the last thing that you want is to be judged from the salespersonal!

Nice interior and has an okay range of brands and clothings, but the service could improve a lot! Don't work in an industry where you deal with customers on a daily basis if you are rude and show no interest in the customer. The employees really need to be schooled on how to treat their customers. Treat new customers well too and not only your regular costumers! Customers bring you money! Remember that!
