Danke, gerne wieder! In addition to the well-known good & cheap or excellent & yet affordable quality, for the second time I experience the really expert advice and an active customer service that really "rips a shank", whether it's looking for a desired, rare bathrobe or a very dedicated one & accommodating finding alternatives, the "noble" inner city trade can cut off a few slices ? Thank you, gladly again!

Ausgezeichnete Kundenberatung, Freundlichkeit, Qualität der Ware! Folgendes wurde heute in der Filiale Mariahilfer Straße getoppt: Ich habe in dieser Einkaufsstraße einige Einkaufszentren bzw. Geschäfte besucht. Beim Eintritt "ausschließlich" bei BETTEN REITER, wurde beim Eingang mit einer enormen Freundlichkeit und Geduld der 2G Nachweis verlangt. Das könnten sich viele Betriebe zum Beispiel nehmen, so zu agieren um die Pandemie besser in den Griff zu bekommen! We have been a customer of BETTEN REITER for many years. All branches that we have visited so far are highly recommended. Excellent customer service, friendliness, quality of the goods! The following was topped today in the Mariahilfer Straße branch: I visited a few shopping centers and shops in this shopping street. A	Andreea C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store specialised on everything home textile. Big curtain floor with lots of choices...three stars penalty for the extremely rude saleswoman. As first time curtain buyers we would have liked better information and less puffing ( we were surprised that a not very fancy/expensive looking curtain could cost 100e/piece as in 200e/ window). She concluded that we were "too poor" for her attention and moved on to the next costumer.

The communication between each branch is poor and very often they will call you to let you know your orders have been delivered, just to find out that they made a mistake wasting your time and money. Look elsewhere trust me.
