die Qualität der Beratung, sowie die termintreue und darüber hinaus ihre tolle Auswahl an Möbel , welche handverlesen ausgesucht zu sein scheinen , hat mich sehr überzeugt ! Ich bin froh , so einen zuverlässigen partner in Bezug auf Inneneinrichtung auf hohem Niveau gefunden zu haben ..
und hoffe auf ein baldiges Nachfolgeprojekt !!

The quality of the advice, as well as the punctuality and also their great selection of furniture, which seem to be handpicked, really convinced me! I am glad to have found such a reliable partner in terms of interior design at a high level ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin begeistert von der hohen Qualität der Möbel und Accessoires, der profunden Beratung von Sofia Vrecar und ihrem stilsicheren Gespür dafür, was zusamenpasst (auch von ihrer Ehrlichkeit, wenn etwas gar nicht zueinander passt... ). Zudem ist der Showroom ein tolles Konzept und erfrischend anders als die üblichen Möbelhäuser, weil so viel mehr Variabilität gegeben. Auch mag ich sehr, dass Langlebigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit der Möbel wichtig sind.
I love the high quality of the furniture and accessories, the profound advice from Sofia Vrecar and her sure-footed sense of what goes together (including her honesty when something does not fit together ...). In addition, the showroom is a great concept and refreshingly different from the usual furniture stores because so much more variability is given. Also, I really like that longevity and sustainability of the furniture are important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man auf der Suche nach kompetenter Beratung ist, die einem zuhört und das umsetzt, was man sich vorstellt, ist man hier an der richtigen Stelle. Die Dame war stets freundlich und einfallsreich, hat mir nie den Eindruck vermittelt, ich würde anstrengend werden (obwohl ich das definitiv war!). Ihre Ideen abseits von 08/15 haben mir geholfen über meine Wünsche hinaus genau das zu finden, was zu mir und meiner Wohnung passt. Das Ergebnis ist einzigartig - nicht von der Stange, individuell und lebensfroh. Freue mich sehr!!
If you are looking for competent advice that listens to you and implements what you imagine, you have come to the right place. The lady was always friendly and resourceful, never gave me the impression that I was going to be exhausting (although I definitely was!). Your ideas beyond 08/15 have helped me to find exactly what suits me and my apartment. The result is unique - not off the shelf, individual and cheerful. I'm very happy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man schon am Telefon so herablassend behandelt wird, will ich mir einen Besuch in Geschäft erst gar nicht ausmalen. Mein Glück, dass auch andere Händler in Wien und Umgebung exklusive Marken der Inneneinrichtung führen, somit kann ich bei einem anderen Geschäft viel Umsatz lassen (wir richten nämlich gerade ein ganzes Haus neu ein und wollten bei Daunenspiel mal den Anfang machen), ohne "eine Zeitverschwendung" und vermutlich "nicht die richtigen Kunden" für die Dame zu sein. Das Telefonat war einfach nur skurril.
When you're treated so condescendingly over the phone, I don't even want to imagine a visit to the store. I'm lucky that other dealers in Vienna and the surrounding area also have exclusive interior design brands, so I can leave a lot of sales with another shop (we're currently furnishing a whole house and wanted to start with Düpfenspiel), without "a Waste of time" and probably "not the right customers" for the lady. The phone call was just weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the most expensive package for 55 m2 to get a lovely interior design concept, but I got a solution for 25m2 which did not meet my budget!! The worst of all I had no clue that my package which was the consultation time was finished and its my own problem that I have no money to pay for the offered solution :(
