Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Verarbeitung und auch der Qualität sowie dem großen Vorteil der Nachtruhe die ich nun um einiges besser genießen kann als in meinem vorherigen Bett. I had the pleasure of sleeping on a bed of you in a hotel. After my stay at the hotel I informed myself about this bed and bought one myself here in Vienna. I'm really happy with the workmanship and the quality as well as the great benefit of the night's sleep, which I can now enjoy a lot better than in my previous bed.

Die Beratung war ungewöhnlich, weil man von Anfang an nicht zu einem typischen kaufgesprach gedrängt wurde. Die Produkte sprechen für sich, da aufgrund der produktion in Österreich die Qualität sehr hoch ist. Begann mit einem Seitenschläferkissen und landete letztendlich bei einer Singlelösung. Wer eine professionelle Beratung wünscht in der es nicht nur um die Produkte geht, kann sich gerne unverbindlich beraten lassen. Die 30 min sind es definitiv wert. Man sollte aufgrund der corona Verordnungen jedoch einen Termin vereinbaren, da positiverweise strikt auf die Einhaltung der Anordnungen geachtet wird. Came to Samina through a friend. If you want professional advice that is not just about the products, you can get non-binding advice. The 30 minutes are definitely worth it. The owner of the establishment spent a lot of time patiently explaining to me how it works, and was open and transparent and helped me configure the bed I need in a way that helps me save money. They went to great pains to accomodate my special delivery requests, helped assemble the bed frame the Samina mattress gets installed on (not ordered from them) and managed to get everything done in a very tight time frame. The quality of the product and the service was exceptional, and I have no hesitation in recommending them very strongly to anyone interested in a healthy sleep system.
