Ganz speziell bei Dr. Wolschner fühlen wir uns super kompetent Beraten und sehr gut aufgehoben! Wir hoffen, er wird noch viele Jahre der Praxis treu bleiben können! Vielen Dank euch Allen!! S	Seppvombau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und ich waren mit unserem frisch geborenen Baby in dieser Ordination. Am Empfang war das Personal sehr nett, die Wartezeit war kurz und wir erhielten sofort gutes Informationsmaterial zu Impfungen und erforderliche Arzttermine in den nächsten rund zwei Jahren, berechnet vom Geburtstermin unseres Kleinen. Warum dann nur einen Stern? Nun ja, ab diesem Punkt war dann alles unterirdisch. Die Ärztin und did Assistentin im Behandlungszimmer waren dermaßen kühl und unfreundlich, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe. Sie machten ein paar Untersuchungen und teilten selbst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht mit, welche Ergebnisse diese brachten (z.B. Gelbsuchttest). Sie tate einfach immer so, als ob sie mich nicht gehört hätten. Dann wurde unser Kleiner gewogen und die Bemerkung gemacht, dass das Gewicht nicht passt, weil zu niedrig. Mit dieser Information ließ man uns dann trotz entsprechender, durchaus besorgter Folgefragen, ohne weitere Antwort im Regen stehen. Die Ordination ist meiner Ansicht nach nicht nur inkompetent und unfreundlich, sondern - wenn etwas Gröberes bei einem Kind nicht passt - potenziell sogar gefährlich. Fazit: schon aus Sicherheitsgründen wo anders hingehen. My wife and I were in this ordination with our newly born baby. At the reception, the staff was very nice, the waiting time was short and we immediately received good information about vaccinations and required medical appointments in the next two years, calculated from the birth date of our little one. Why only one star? Well, from that point on everything was underground. The doctor and did assistant in the treatment room were so cool and unfriendly, as I have never experienced. They did a couple of examinations and did not tell, even after repeated requests, what the results were (eg jaundice test). They always pretend they did not hear me. Then our little boy was weighed and remarked that the weight did not fit because it was too low. With this information we were then, despite appropriate, quite worried follow-up questions, without further answer in the rain. The ordination is in my opinion not only incompetent and unfriendly, but - if something grosser in a child does not fit - potentially even dangerous. Conclusion: for security reasons, go elsewhere.

Sie hat so schnell auf meine Töchter gesucht, so schnell auf meine Frage geantwortet ! Sie will einfach nicht arbeiten. DrVerena schneeberger if you want to work with children you have to be friendly, I think she never listened to that word! She looked for my daughters so quickly, answered my question so quickly! She just doesn't want to work.
A	Andrea Rau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon während meine Kinderärztin in den letzten 5 Jahren auf Urlaub war und wir schnell eine Alternative brauchten, sind wir immer in diese Gruppenpraxis gegangen. Bei JEDEM BESUCH waren die Damen beim Empfang freundlich und ALLE ÄRZTE haben sich hervorragend um meine beiden Kinder gekümmert. Sie nahmen sich immer genug Zeit, damit meine Kinder - die beide Angst vor Ärzten haben - sich sicher gefühlt haben und wir konnten alle Untersuchungen in Ruhe durchführen. Auch meine Fragen wurden immer gänzlich beantwortet. Als meine Kinderärztin dann überraschend im Herbst 2020 auf Wahlarzt umstellte, war ich sehr glücklich, als die Gruppenpraxis meine Kinder aufnehmen konnte. Diese sind sehr vom Mini-Spielplatz begeistert, der direkt vor der Ordinationstüre liegt. Da rundherum alles weiläufig Fußgängerzone ist, können energiegeladene Kinder sich vor und nach der Untersuchung auch vollends laufend austoben. Wenn man zufällig mal niemandem am Telefon erreicht (was wirklich selten vorkommt), wird man schnell zurückgerufen und ich habe auch immer sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen. Ich kann die Gruppenpraxis nur empfehlen, alle Ärzte und auch Empfangsdamen machen einen tollen Job! While my pediatrician was on vacation for the last 5 years and we needed an alternative quickly, we always went to this group practice. ON EVERY VISIT, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and ALL DOCTORS took excellent care of my two children. They always took enough time so that my children - who are both afraid of doctors - felt safe and we could carry out all examinations in peace. My questions were also always answered in full. When my pediatrician suddenly switched to a doctor of choice in autumn 2020, I was very happy when the group practice was able to accept my children. They are very enthusiastic about the mini playground, which is right in front of the ordination door. Since everything around is often a pedestrian zone, energetic children can let off steam before and after the examination. If you happen to not reach anyone on the phone (which is really rare), you will be called back quickly and I always got an appointment very quickly. I can only recommend the group practice, all doctors and receptionists do a great job!

They talk to clients as if they're having a bad day because they know we are desperate and have no other place to go to nearby. And it happens to me every visit. Secondly, beware of long waiting times of 45min to an hour at least every visit, even with an appointment. Waiting that long with a toddler in the waiting room can be quite a nightmare. The staff there are unapologetic about this and will simply tell you, "there are many children and few doctors, sorry". And today I saw a pediatrician who simply did not seem to know what on earth he was doing. Each time I would ask him a question about my baby he would say something dismissive like, "see a dermatologist", or "see a doctor that deals with digestive issues" or "I don't know". Literally, he said all these to me within a span of ten minutes and never gave any advice on my baby's various issues, and was very dismissive. It left me wondering why he calls himself a pediatrician when he obviously knows nothing about children, except maybe administering vaccinations and doesn't care about them. He is clearly there just for his pay check. It is extremely disappointing.
