v	valentin 555 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr nettes Kinderarzt, kann sehr gut mit Kindern umgehen. Ist in Wien leider immer schwieriger ein gutes Kinderarzt zu finden deshalb bin ich sehr dankbar! A very nice pediatrician who is very good with children. Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a good pediatrician in Vienna, so I am very grateful!

Aber die Sekretärin dort meldet mich nicht an weil ich kein Termin gehabt hätte, so ein Frechheit. Aber das Schlimm ist daran dass eine Sekretärin entscheiden darüber wer dort vom Arzt untersucht wird und wer nicht. Ich kann nur mein Kopf schütteln und alle Kinder die dort angemeldet sind alles gute wünschen 0 star is also so much, I was there with my sick child "20 months old", he has a fever, is vomiting and coughing. But the secretary there doesn't register me because I didn't have an appointment, what a cheek. But the bad thing is that a secretary can decide who will be examined by the doctor there and who will not. I can only shake my head and wish all the best to all the children who are registered there

Und der "Dr." Hannes Mayer war einmal ein super kinderartz. Jetzt sollte er lieber in Rente gehen weil er nicht mehr ordentlich die Kinder untersucht. This pediatrician doesn't even deserve a star, the practice is: overwhelmed, the secretaries are very unfriendly and do not do justice to their positions, so they have no basic knowledge of their position ... And the "Dr." Hannes Mayer was once a great doctor for children. Now he should rather retire because he no longer examines the children properly.
B	Barbara Tupay-Welk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut einfühlsamer u.kompetenter Kinderarzt, der auch sehr gut mit Kleinkindern umgehen kann...auf sie eingeht...u.die richtige Diagnose u.Behandlung stellt..auch bei Kindern mit Autismus Spektrumstörung. FAMILIE ist sehr zufrieden...Kind schläft endlich erstmals durch. Vielen Dank Herr Dr.Mayer!!! Absolutely empathetic and competent pediatrician who can also deal with small children very well...deals with them...and provides the correct diagnosis and treatment...even for children with autism spectrum disorders. FAMILY is very satisfied...child finally sleeps through the night for the first time. Thank you very much Dr. Mayer!!!

Given the sheer volume of patients they see--especially given the challenges and spike in demand during the pandemic--the assistants and Dr Hannes Mayer do an extremely good job looking after patients, and have always been friendly, helpful, competent, and efficient. One thing to improve on is airing the place more often, as there are many sick children who come and go and cough without covering their mouths. But it's just a small complaint and the same problem would exist in other practices. Letting fresh air in more regularly would help prevent the transmission of colds/influenzas.
