They simply do not pick up the phone nor do they call back and react on the message I left. However once we manage to get in I find the doctors quite competent! But how to get in??

The doctors are very competent and thorough. Excellent English is spoken by receptionists, nurses and doctors alike. Brilliant Kinderazrt. Thank you!

That your staff is really very arrogant and they have no manners to handle customers. I informed your doctors team but your staff behaved even worse after that and switched off even the light of room and corridor from where i was taking out my kids Pram. While my two lights kids got frightened and started crying due to sudden darkness. I was working in United Nations Organization (UNO) and that clinic was nearer but after that i decided to visit any other clinic which is even far but they have manners to deal customers.
J	Jennifer Epaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived sharply at my appointment with my 1 year old twins. Minus 2 degrees outside and i was told that my husband should wait outside with my son. However this was a surprise, since two weeks ago and under the same circumstances (covid19) he was allowed to wait inside by the waiting area with one of my babies whilst i am in the treatment room with the other. Ive asked other clinics and they are allowing one adult per child. But this clinic told me that my husband should wait outside with my son otherwise i would have to enter alone carrying two babies, which is logically and physically not possible. I am a private insurer and wont be returning to this clinic ever again, especially how 5 ladies teamed up against us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. They followed instructions blindly, but without any logic.

Do not go here if you have any other option. 2022 update: After going there in urgent need, because it is the closest clinic, we were literally kicked out of the reception area. Hippocratic Oath means nothing here!!! NO EMPATHY! ZERO CARE! Young man at the reception desk should go through patient relations training, he is the face of this institution...but it fits! Rotten outside, rotten inside!

I have always had confidence and trust in this practice with all matters relating to my children's health, MUKI check-ups and vaccinations.

They keep track of the appointments and vaccination so we are always up to date. We get appointment on the day if the kids are sick and we never wait more than 30 min. The doctors always take the time for each visit to examine and answer our question. We can highly recommend the practice.
