★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Markanter und von Süden her steil aufragende und unnahbar anmutende Felsformation in der beeindruckenden Kulisse des Hochkönigmassivs. Zu erklimmen ist sein Gipfel entweder über den Normalweg, welcher problemlos zum Ziel geleitet. Oder für den sportlichen und geübten Bergsteiger der Klettersteig, welcher durch die Südwand steil und rassig, mit viel Luft unter Sohlen hinaufführt.
Gleichgültig für welche Option des Aufstiegs man sich entscheidet die Aussicht und Fernsicht vom Gipfel sind grandios.
Striking and inaccessible rock formation rising steeply from the south in the impressive backdrop of the Hochkönig massif. Its summit can be climbed either via the normal route, which leads to the destination without any problems. Or for the sporty and experienced mountaineer, the via ferrata, which leads up through the south face, steep and classy, with lots of air under your feet.
Regardless of which option of the ascent you choose, the view and distant view from the summit are terrific.
