Beratung ist top, kompetent aber unaufdringlich, kaufe hier seit Jahren ein, man merkt einfach dass das ein eigentümergeführtes Geschäft ist wo auf Stil sehr viel Wert gelegt wird.

Heute bei der Anprobe war der Ärmel zu lang und die Verkäufer haben sich kompetent darum gekümmert und die Anpassungen beim Schneider veranlasst. Ich habe jetzt nicht nur einen schönen, taillierten sondern auch perfekt passenden Mantel und bin sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder! TOP
Great service, honest, friendly and totally helpful ??? I was looking for the right size for me for weeks, the seller immediately said he would ask and try whether he could organize the right size for me. 3 days later, at The phone rang for me and he actually got another coat. During the fitting today, the sleeve was too long and the salespeople took care of it competently and arranged for the tailor to make adjustments. I now not only have a beautiful, fitted but also perfectly fitting coat and I am very satisfied, gladly again! TOP
