Ich habe meine Hemden geholt und zuhause feststellen müssen, dass ein Hemd einen Defekt hat. Per Email reklamiert, leider bis dato keine Antwort. Sonst super - mein erstes Mal und bis auf die Reklamation sehr zufrieden. Danke Service on site really great, professional advice, great quality. I got my shirts and found that a shirt had a defect at home. Complained via email, unfortunately no response to date. Otherwise great - my first time and very satisfied except for the complaint. Ich wurde mit Kaffee und ein Glas Wasser empfangen, wurde ohne Termin knapp eine Stunde lang beraten und bin danach sehr zufrieden wieder gegangen. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und ist genau auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, ich wurde sogar auf laufende Angebote hingewiesen, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Nach der bekannten Vier-Wochen-Wartezeit habe ich meine Hemden abgeholt, und sie passen wie angegossen. PS : bevor ich 200km zu einem Shop fahre, rufe ich vorher an und frage ob mein gewünschter Stoff lagern ist. Because of the service is a disaster ... I was welcomed with coffee and a glass of water, was advised without an appointment for almost an hour and then left very satisfied. The staff is very professional and responded exactly to my wishes, I was even made aware of current offers, which made me very happy. After the familiar four-week waiting period, I picked up my shirts and they fit like a glove. PS: before I drive 200km to a shop, I call beforehand and ask if my desired fabric is in stock.

Bin mit den Anzug und den Schuhen sehr zufrieden und kann das Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen. Ich gehe nicht wirklich gerne einkaufen, aber dort hat es mir sogar Spaß gemacht! Great team! Nachtrag: Ich bin wieder gekommen. Wieder zwei Anzüge bestellt und geliefert bekommen. Beratung in der Filiale Wien erstklassig. Kleine (und mittlere) Korrekturen werden vom fachkundigen Personal sofort erledigt. Qualität, Schnitt - perfekt. Ich habe nur ein Problem: Der Platz in meinem Kleiderschrank wird langsam knapp. Habe mir jetzt auch ein Maßhemd machen lassen. Passt perfekt. Kein Vergleich zu einem Hemd von der Stange. Stoffauswahl nicht riesig, aber mehr als ausreichend. Viele unterschiedliche Kragenformen, um etwa - wie bei mir - einen kurzen, kräftigen Nacken auszugleichen. Will ja nicht ausschauen wie Klamotten-Karl. Und sind die Maße und Spezifikationen wie bevorzugter Kragen, Manschette und Knopfleiste einmal gespeichert, ist Hemd bestellen ein Kinderspiel. Zweites Hemd bereits unterwegs. Würde gerne einmal etwas anmerken, das nicht gepasst hätte. Einfach um nicht kritiklos zu wirken. Finde aber nichts ... Large selection, competent and friendly team in Vienna. Deadlines are met. Attractive price considering the performance. I'll definitely be back! Addendum: I came again. Ordered two more suits and got them delivered. First-class advice in the Vienna branch. Small (and medium) corrections are done immediately by the expert staff. Quality, cut - perfect. I only have one problem: I'm running out of space in my closet. I also had a custom shirt made. Fits perfectly. No comparison to an off-the-shelf shirt. Material selection not huge, but more than adequate. Many different collar shapes to compensate for a short, strong neck - like mine. I don't want to look like Klamotten-Karl. And once the dimensions and specifications such as preferred collar, cuffs and button placket have been saved, ordering a shirt is child's play. Second shirt already on the way. I'd like to point out something that wasn't right. Simply not to appear uncritical. But can't find anything...

Besonders möchte ichdie Freundlichkeit hervorheben. Das ist nicht überall selbstverständlich, aber es hebt das Einkaufserlebnis. The advice was excellent and when I picked up the goods I could see that my pants fit perfectly. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness. This cannot be taken for granted everywhere, but it enhances the shopping experience.

But unfortunately I should have chosen Rotknopf in the 7th district which was the second option. I showed them a picture of a suit which I really liked and I wanted to have the same or at least similar one. We went through all the options and they told me this is not possible and that is not possible. Ok, I thought for this price it would be possible, but apparently not. Also there is NO digital way in seeing how it would look like what you chose, so basically it is a surprise. The suit was manufactured and then it came back with a small revers, where in the picture I showed them it was way larger. I told them that and that I explicitly showed them the picture and hinted towards it that I want the same. The only thing they offered was a discount of 100 Euros. At that price level this is ridiculous. In the end I took the discount as they wanted me to pay for the redo. But the wedding was coming up and there was no more time left. Summary: if you want old fashioned, highly priced and a surprise what comes out in the end. Come here. Only good thing - the fabric is quite nice.
