★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to buy a sneakers but the size i want are at the windows, and the woman staff cant take it out for me, she said we have to wait for stylist to take it off for us whattt is just there and not lock, ill never come back here anymore so disappointed, she did not even try to ask or call anyone no service mind at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a Valentino shoes, after one hour of usage, it has been broken, so I returned it within a week. They didn’t replace it, they were not helpful at all, they said they need to send it back to Valentino, but within a week there will be a response wether they repair it or give a new one. 4 week has passed and they still can not give any update about the shoes. I really do not recommend anyone to shop there, as the staff is unfriendly and arrogant. I have never experienced such awful service they provide.
