Beautiful restaurant and very nice waiters. We had a goulash and a schnitzel menu. Both were great. The appfelstrudel was very good as well. Overall great dinner for the price offered (we paid ~45€ for two accounting for a couple drinks).

Schnitzel was good, ambient too and not too pricey. Nice atmosphere and really good location, food could be a bit tastier but overall good experience.

Authentic Austrian cuisine on very affordable prices. The service and food were good. Nice atmosphere.

The service was slow but at least they compensated by not charging us the coffee. The Zwiebelrostbraten was just fine. What was totally disappointing were the Bratkartoffeln...those were potato wedges made in the oven. Never Bratkartoffeln.

Extremely bad, don't bother coming here. Look at how disgusting this Wiener schnitzel is! The batter in this schnitzel tasted like it has been recycled for many days and the schnitzel in general just tasted bad, I can't believe they actually served food of this standard for €18.50. The potato salad that came with the schnitzel was probably made up of canned food too, it just doesn't taste right. The apple strudel was okay but I'm sure you can get a better one at that price. The environment seems okay, service was okay just that the waiter dressed a bit sloppishly. Seriously just scramble off, they're out to scam tourists.

It’s location is awesome and I was looking for a traditional place to try local cuisine.. The schnitzel had a taste like it was cooked in an over used oil :/ Fries were also soggy.. I liked the liver soup only.. They also asked for a tip kindly (even pricing the mustard and ketchup I asked for fries, as an extra).. Proper tourist trap place..

Had the soup for starters, Vienna schnitzel for main and the apple strudel for dessert. Food was OK but the service was excellent.

Great location - hidden gem… and lovely glimpse into history / unique atmosphere for dinner.
