B	Bettina Mariacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Kauf des Mobiltelefon sehr freundlich, dass änderte sich jedoch am nächsten Tag, als ich das neue Handy reklamiert, da ich beim Auspacken einen Sprung entdeckt habe. Mit Worten wie, "das glaubt dir kein Mensch, dass das nicht selbstverschulden war" und "verklag doch HUAWEI" wurde ich von diesem netten Verkäufer "Eggi"(mehr bräuchte ich zu seiner Person nicht wissen, meinte er) der Geschäftsräume verwiesen. Mein Tipp: Handy unbedingt im Geschäft auspacken lassen und sofort überprüfen. Ich war langjähriger Kunde, aber nun ist es genug. Auch der Geschäftsführer war nicht zu einem Gespräch bereit. Fazit: Beide Daumen nach unten ???? Very friendly when I bought the cell phone, but that changed the next day when I complained about the new cell phone, as I discovered a crack while unpacking. With words like, "Nobody believes you, that it was not your own fault" and "sue HUAWEI", I was referred from the business premises by this nice seller "Eggi" (I don't need to know more about him, he said). My tip: make sure you have your phone unpacked in the store and check it immediately. I've been a long-time customer, but that's enough now. The managing director wasn't ready to talk either. Conclusion: both thumbs down ????
s	schwoaga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, Inkompetent und Überteuert. Mehrmals schon dagewesen und es wird immer schlimmer. Mit sicherheit gehe ich da nie wieder hin. Finger weg von dieser Firma!! 1 Stern ist für die Bewertung schon zuviel, man sollte minus Punkte vergeben können. Unfriendly, incompetent and overpriced. Been there several times and it's getting worse and worse. I'll definitely never go there again. Stay away from this company !! 1 star is already too much for the rating, you should be able to assign minus points.

Da kann sich so mancher großer Konzern eine Scheibe abschneiden! Alles top!!!! I can only recommend this specialty shop very much. They know their way around and are very helpful. Many large corporations can learn a thing or two about that! Everything perfect!!!!

Und die umgangsweise war sehr unhöflich. So rude. At 5:45 p.m. it is no longer possible to get information or to buy anything because the computers are already switched off. And the handling was very rude.

Leider scheint der ältere Verkäufer (vermeindlich wohl der Besitzer des Ladens) nicht mehr so viel Ahnung davon zu haben was er da erzählt. Fehlinformationen, betagtes "Fachwissen" und als er nicht mehr weiter wusste wurde er pampig... Das war mit sicherheit mein letzter Besuch dort. Small, well-stocked shop. Unfortunately, the older seller (presumably probably the owner of the shop) doesn't seem to have that much of a clue about what he's saying. Misinformation, old "expertise" and when he didn't know what to do next, he got puffy ... That was definitely my last visit there.
