Zu dieser Mitarbeiterin kann ich nur sagen, dass diese absolut inkompetent und demotiviert ist und ihr das Wort: Kunde, ein absolutes Fremdwort ist Hard to beat in unfriendliness Unfortunately, I always had the bad luck that the older lady who works in this shop was always present. I can only say to this employee that she is absolutely incompetent and demotivated and that the word: customer, is an absolute foreign word
P	Petra Luchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte meinen Tarif auf Privat Kunde ändern und wurde mir erklärt es macht keinen Unterschied zwischen Business oder Privat. Ca 3 Monate später ein anderes Unternehmen änderte es mir wo ich 20 Euro weniger bezahlen musste. I wanted to change my tariff to a private customer and was told it makes no difference between business and private. About 3 months later another company changed me where I had to pay 20 euros less.

Ich muss mir dann auch nicht erklären lassen, dass die Dame Platz für die zahlenden Kunden braucht und deshalb das 0,5 kg Paket absichtlich direkt am Eingang deponiert wird, quasi zur freien Entnahme. (Bei Diebstahl haftet übrigens der Pickup Shop, nur zu Info für die präpotente Dame) Erfüllt eure angebotenen Serviceleistungen in einem angemessenen Rahmen oder löst die Verträge mit den Paketdiensten auf, so macht dieser Shop keine gute Figur. PS: Als Antwort auf das unten stehende Kommentar: Viele Zeilen aber leider die Kernaussage meiner Kritik nicht verstanden. Macht aber nichts, ich muss mich ja nicht mehr über unwilligen Service ärgern, da es übrigens auch in Schwaz, Vomp und Stans weitere Pick Up´s gibt. If even the parcel service becomes an almost insurmountable task for the employee ... I do not have to explain then that the lady needs space for the paying customers and therefore the 0.5 kg package is intentionally deposited directly at the entrance, virtually for free removal. (In case of theft incidentally, the pickup shop liable, only to info for the pretentious lady) Fulfill your offered services in a reasonable frame or dissolve the contracts with the parcel services, so this shop does not look good. PS: In response to the comment below: Many lines but unfortunately not understood the key message of my review. Does not matter, I do not have to annoy over unwilling service, because there are more pick-ups in Schwaz, Vomp and Stans.

Wurde angeschrien und sie schickte mich weg. sie sagte ich solle in den 3 Store gehen wo ich den Vertrag gemacht hätte. Sie könne mir schon weiterhelfen aber dass würde 25€ Euro kosten. Da es nicht möglich ist auf die Antwort des Unternehmens zu antworten mache ich es jetzt hier in der Bewertung. Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort und die Erklärung des Sachverhaltes, welcher von der Mitarbeiterin leider nicht so erklärt wurde. Ich verstehe nun, dass solche Services von Ihnen nicht kostenlos angeboten werden. Die Mitarbeiterin hörte mir nicht einmal richtig zu und hat die Problematik anscheinend nicht verstanden. Ich habe nur mein Anliegen geschildert und die Mitarbeiterin schrie schon los ich solle in den 3 Store gehen oder sie müsse 25€ kassieren und schien sehr genervt von meinen Anliegen zu sein. Als unwissender Kunde nahm ich an, dass die Portierung in einem offiziellen 3 Partner Store einwandfrei ausgeführt werden kann, da ich ja bereits die fertig ausgefüllte NÜV-Information vorgelegt hatte. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen und ich hatte dann genug davon mich anzuschnauzen lassen und verließ diesen Laden. Ihre Mitarbeiterin ist keineswegs freundlich, geht äußerst respektlos mit potentiellen Kunden um. Wie Sie in den Bewertungen sehen bin ich nicht der Einzige der ihre Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich findet. Dies soll keine negative Bewertung über ihr Unternehmen sein, sondern ich schildere lediglich wie unhöflich und respektlos ich als potentieller Erstkunde hier empfangen und behandelt wurde. Very unfriendly old lady, incompetent and did not want to help. Shouted and she sent me away. She said I should go to the 3 store where I made the contract. You could help me but that would cost 25 euros. Since it is not possible to answer the answer of the company I am doing it now in the review. Thank you for your answer and the explanation of the facts, which unfortunately was not explained by the employee. I now understand that such services are not offered by you for free. The employee did not even listen to me properly and apparently did not understand the problem. I just described my request and the employee was already shouting that I should go to the 3 store or she had to collect 25 € and seemed to be very annoyed by my concerns. As an ignorant customer, I assumed that the port can be executed properly in an official 3 partner store, since I had already submitted the completed NÜV information. The colleague could not help me and then I had enough of it to sniff me and left this store. Her co-worker is by no means friendly, she is extremely disrespectful to potential customers. As you can see in the reviews, I'm not the only one who finds her coworker rude. This should not be a negative assessment of their company, but I just describe how rude and disrespectful I was here as a potential first client received and treated.
O	Oliver Voithofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da es sich um den einzigen Drei Shop in Schwaz handelt habe ich ein paar Mal in den Shop geschaut. Die ältere Mitarbeiterin war derart unfreundlich, dass ich schlussendlich sogar extra nach Innsbruck gefahren bin um dort den Festnetz Internet Vertrag zu machen! Since this is the only three shop in Schwaz, I checked the shop a few times. The older employee was so unfriendly that in the end I even drove to Innsbruck to make the landline internet contract there!

Die ältere Dame wirkt vielleicht etwas forsch allerdings war sie sehr bemüht und freundlich, hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und am Ende nicht mal etwas verlangt. Sie hat uns ehrlich und zu unseren Gunsten beraten, was man in Drei Stores ja sonst kaum findet Unlike the other reviewers, I was very satisfied with the service. The older lady may be a bit brisk but she was very helpful and friendly, took a lot of time and in the end did not ask for anything. She advised us honestly and in our favor, which is hardly found in three stores

Das was wir wollten war ihrer Meinung nach nicht gut bzw. nicht ausreichend und akzeptierte das auch nicht bzw. müssten wir es so machen wie sie es sagt. Dieser Shop bzw. diese Dame wird mich nicht mehr sehen. Ebenso werde ich jeden davon abraten dort hinzugehen. Mit so einem Personal ein Wunder das es den Shop noch gibt. Very unfriendly lady. Counseling was a disaster. She wanted to sell us something we did not need. What we wanted was in her opinion not good or not enough and did not accept that or we would have to do it as she says. This shop or lady will not see me anymore. Likewise, I will advise against anyone going there. With such a staff a miracle that the shop still exists.

Die Frau ist jedes einzelne Mal so dermaßen unfreundlich und sie hatt einfach überhaupt keine Umgangsformen. Versteh nicht warum sie irgendwo arbeitet wo sie es mit Menschen zu tun hatt. Schrecklich!! It's always a nuisance when you have to go there to pick up a package. The woman is so unfriendly every single time and she just had no manners at all. Don't understand why she works somewhere where she has to deal with people. Dreadful!!
