★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an iPhone online and when I record a video the audio doesn’t work, also the battery goes from 30 to 20% in seconds! I thought it was supposed to be a new phone. Note: I’m only 3 days with it. I’m definitely not gonna recommend this store to anyone!
Update:
I went to the store thinking they would help me and I just lost my time! When I arrived the lady said the only thing they could do for me is return so I’d get my money back. But if I wanted my money back I’d have returned the phone by myself of course! When I asked if there are any possibilities to receive a new phone and sending this back she said I have to call a number because the only thing she could do was return. Total waste of my time. If I didn’t recommend it before, now it’s just worse.
