★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit dem neuen (vorübergehenden) Storemanager wieder zu empfehlen. Kompetente Beratung in einem angenehmen Klima. Komme nun gerne wieder öfter in den Salzburger Laden.
Recommended again since the new (temporary) store manager. Competent advice in a pleasant climate. I would now like to come back to the Salzburg shop more often.

Mich freut es jedes mal dort hin zu gehen. Man hat eine grosse Auswahl an Warhammer-Modellen und eine tolle und sehr professionelle Beratung bei der Auswahl.

I am happy to go there every time. You have a large selection of Warhammer models and great and very professional advice on the selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karl ist mitreißend und urkomisch. Voller Leidenschaft für diese Spielwelt, glänzt mit Geschichten und Hintergrundwissen, zieht Nichtkenner nach wenigen Minuten in seinen Bann. Sehr fachlich aber auch kindgerecht und geduldig erklärt er jede noch so kleinlich Frage. Wirklich top. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Karl is rousing and hilarious. Full of passion for this game world, shining with stories and background knowledge, pulls non-connoisseurs under its spell after a few minutes. Very professionally, but also child-friendly and patient, he explains every little question. Really great. We recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Laden ist ansprechend, die Display Tische einladend. Man wird sofort beim Eintreten in den Laden gefragt wonach man sucht, erhält Hilfe Tipps und kann sogar ein Probespiel spielen. Gerade das Angebot der Probespiele ist für Neulinge beim Warhammer sehr hervorzuheben. 3 Sterne für die Beleuchtung und Atmosphäre, aber 5 Sterne ganz klar für die nette Beratung und den Service.
The shop is attractive, the display tables inviting. As soon as you enter the shop you are asked what you are looking for, receive help, tips and can even play an audition game. Especially the range of auditions is very special for newcomers to Warhammer. 3 stars for the lighting and atmosphere, but 5 stars for the nice advice and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately was not able to get into - we were in Salzburg just a day, from the very morning I was waiting a guy until 1pm when we had no time to wait anymore and needed to leave. As I see it is common problem for the store. From the outside through the glass the assortment looks promising.
