D	Daniel Lăcătuș on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room was very hot during the nights between 19th - 23th of June because the room didn't have an air conditioning system. I had to leave the window opened during the night but there was a ventilation sound from somewhere nearby and this was also annoying. My room had two beds. I put them next to each other but this wasn't so comfortable as I was expecting because the bed maitress didn't had a cover and it was sliding. I fixed this by putting some blankets under each bed maitress. The bathroom was clean and big. I didn't have to wait more than 5 seconds for the hot water to flow. But the sink lid of the bath tube was broken and I had to struggle to remove it to allow the water to sink from the tube. The value seif was broken too. The link of the WiFi connection is 72MBps. You have to enter the username and the password every time you reconnect to bthe WiFi. I didn't like this. The minibar was locked or broken. Only two empty glasses inside a cupboard. You don't receive a bottle of water, some tee or a fruit like in some other 4 ? hotels in Villach. The breakfast is OK but the room is simple and not so elegant. The hotel is at 10 minutes dinstance from the Old City Center.

The welcome/information leaflet in the room stated that if guests ever needed sanitary products: toothpaste, toothbrush, and so on (because it's not provided in the bathroom), they can ask to the room service. I called room services several times, no one picked up. When I went down and ask for them at the receptionist, the guy told me ro buy the myself at their automat/machine near the entrance. But at least they provide soap.

S	Shadenfryd (Shadenfryd) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok, the room cleaning came at the worst hours possible and didn't clean the room properly, we literally found things under the bed forgotten there for god knows how long. Breakfast was fine, we expected more variety in the food but no big deal there. The real elephant in the room is the reception, we literally had to go there at certain hours knowing that the only Italian speaker worked in the afternoon, the other receptionists didn't even bother to speak good English making them impossible to understand. There was also one episode where we asked to go to the kärnten therme knowing that we could do the ticket here with 10% off on the original price and the receptionist just answered: "can you please come tomorrow because I don't know how to do it" even though we went there 4 days before and the Italian speaker had no problem doing it for us. Underground parking paid separately 8 euros per night that was horrible to access/leave. Overall not the best experience, definitely not worth the money.

No AC, very uncomfortable bed with only one pillow, service isn't helpful or attentive, slow internet, floors are stained, furniture looks tired and outdated, and the location is far away from everything. Receptionist brought a fan but it was broken, then after check-out we requested for a taxi and he totally forgot to call one. Just one outlet to charge devices in the entire room, the phones don’t work to call the front desk, and the bathroom has just a soap dispenser to use. Stay away!!! A total scam.
A	Aaron Higgins-Brake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room we stayed in was nice, but the carpet and some of the furniture looked old and worn down. On the day of check out, a cleaning person came to our room three times even after we put a do not disturb sign up, which was irritating.

Same experience again when we where a bit late for breakfast. Girl that was there said it was an none issue and was also very nice! Room was not to modern but clean. Service 5/5 Room 3,5/5
