Man fühlt sich richtig verarscht. Keinen Rückruf, keine Reaktionen auf E-Mail. Solange man Verträge abschließt, ist alles gut.So erging es meiner Freundin.

You feel really screwed. No call back, no responses to email. As long as you have contracts, everything is fine, and so did my friend.
