Der etwas steinige Weg führt an der Elisabethkirche vorbei und es bietet sich eine herrliche Aussicht. The summit cross can be easily reached from the mountain station of the Schneebergbahn. The somewhat stony path leads past the Elisabeth Church and offers a wonderful view.

Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um den höchsten Punkt des Schneebergs, um diesen zu erreichen, muss man noch etwas weiter gehen. Vor Ort gibt es das Gipfelkreuz und Tafeln, die die Entfernung zu Großstädten angeben. Natürlich hat man auch eine tolle Aussicht. Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht, man muss auf die Wiese zurückgreifen. Trotzdem ist dies ein guter Ort, der speziell für Besucher geeignet ist, die nicht den vollen Weg bis zum Klosterwappen gehen möchten. Summit cross on the Schneeberg.
