E	Ein Google-Nutzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bergstation der Schneebergbahn. Zum Waxriegel geht man ungefähr 15 Minuten, bis zum Klosterwappen aber über eine Stunde. Hier beginnt auch die Talfahrt Richtung Puchberg. Drehkreuze für die Ticketkontrolle vorhanden. Restaurant direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Sehr schöner Ausblick. Sitzmöglichkeiten und Kinderspielplatz vorhanden. Hier startet der Wanderweg, welcher die meisten Aussichtsplätze verbindet. Galerie beim Bahnhof. Architektonisch gelungen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Bahnhof, welcher in einer sehr guten Lage am Schneeberg steht. Mountain station of the Schneebergbahn. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the wax bar, but over an hour to the monastery coat of arms. The descent towards Puchberg begins here. Turnstiles for ticket inspection are available. Restaurant right next to the train station. Very nice view. Seating and children's playground available. The hiking trail that connects most of the viewpoints starts here. Gallery at the train station. Architecturally successful. All in all a very nice train station, which is in a very good location on the Schneeberg.

Zuschläge für den Nostalgiezug in dem Mann beengt sitzen muss, ein eigenes Ticket für den Hund welches knapp €20,- kostet aber dem Hund keinen Platz einräumt(ein Howavart), und der Rückenschaden den man bei der Nostalgiebahn erleiden könnte wenn man vorbelastet ist .... all das trübt leider die technisch interessante und idyllische Talfahrt welche wir erlebt haben, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Bergwandern zur Fischerhütte hat Ihren Reiz und ist eine Herausforderung, oben angekommen wird man gut aber auch kostenintensiv in einem Sebstbedienungslokal versorgt, an die beiden Eingangstüren welche beim rein und rausgehen knallen gewöhnt man sich kaum, wenn man draussen sitzt wird man auf dem Berg verblasen, alles in allem viel Licht mit viel Schatten, wenn schon Kleinigkeiten die man bezahlt (Hund) oder nicht viel Kosten (Anschlagdämpfer bei den Türen) zuviel sind und das bei den Preisen dann bekommt ich das Gefühl ausgenommen zu werden, als Gast nicht wahr genommen zu werden ..... sehr schade! Mit etwas moderateren Preisen und kleinen Veränderungen an andere Stelle könnte man ein wesentlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen als ich es aktuell erlebt habe! The Schneebergbahn is a highlight, but it also has a proud price. Surcharges for the nostalgia train in which the man has to sit tight, a separate ticket for the dog which costs just under € 20, - but does not give the dog any space (a Howavart), and the back damage you could suffer on the nostalgia train if you are pre-stressed. ... unfortunately all of this tarnishes the technically interesting and idyllic descent we have experienced, the staff are friendly and the mountain hike to the fisherman's hut has its charm and is a challenge, when you arrive at the top you are well cared for but also cost-intensive in a self-service restaurant You hardly get used to the two entrance doors that slam in and out, if you sit outside you will be blown on the mountain, all in all a lot of light with a lot of shadow, even if small things you pay for (dog) or not a lot of costs (stop damper with the Doors) are too many and with the prices I get the feeling of being excluded, not being noticed as a guest ... .. a shame! With somewhat more moderate prices and small changes elsewhere, you could leave a much better impression than I have currently experienced!

Man kann mit der Zahnrradbahn und dem Salamander "bis in den Speisesaal" fahren. Besuch wärmstens empfohlen! Schön in der Sonne sitzen und auf Puchberg schauen. Oder an klaren Tagen bis zum Neusiedlersee sehen!! I like the atmosphere of the house! There Time has stopped. And that's good. You can drive with the Zahnrradbahn and the Salamander "into the dining room". Visit highly recommended! Nice to sit in the sun and look at Puchberg. Or on clear days see to Lake Neusiedl !!
