Almost everything you require sport-wise. A little pricey, but that is expected from such a high class department store. Staff are quite knowledgeable and know where everything is which is a welcomed experience (by Austrian standards).

In the winter they have good selection of skiing shoes and equipment to tailor fit the inner of the boot to your feet with the technology from different skiing boot manufacturers. Great selection of other sports goods too.

The most unprofessional. When you order from Gigasport, prepare yourself for one of the worst experiences in the field of online ordering, lost time, nerves... And a lot, a lot of disrespect. I don't know if my case is just an isolated case, but the way employees handle an issue like this, I don't think it's the only one. In short: online order, CC payment, delivery time 3-5days... OK so far. The result: two weeks have passed and the order has not arrived, more than that, Even Gigasport does not know where or when the order arrives, and now the dessert... On the courier's website, the order appears as delivered.... Very interesting.. But Giga Sport doesn't know how to solve problems with its collaborators without the client knowing they have problems. Emails sent, phone calls, two-word, time lost. Yes, I agree... Corona time... But in special situations, stay close to the customer, inform him, try to solve the situation. The bottom line is that think three times before you order. Shame on Gigasport.
