Total nette Bedienung; man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben, was zum Herumstöbern einlädt. :) Es gibt alles, was ein gesundes Herz begehrt. Und eine Mitgliedskarte hab ich auch gleich beantragt. ;) So small and cozy, and yet you can find everything you need. Zudem schätze ich am Personal die aufschlussreiche Beratung und eine zuvorkommende Hilfsbereitschaft. A very clear and well-stocked shop. I like to go shopping there, especially because of the large selection and the friendly staff. I also value the staff's insightful advice and courteous willingness to help.

Bei der Frage nach den Preis eines Produktes hat die Verkäuferin gesagt, ich soll zum Regal am anderen Ende vom Shop gehen, dort steht der Preis angeschrieben. Wenn die Verkäuferin kein Interesse hat, den Kunden zu unterstützen, dann brauche ich keine Verkäuferin. Sicher mein letzter Einkauf in diesem Geschäft. Ergänzung: Auf meine Beschwerde wurde sehr rasch und professionell reagier. Daher habe ich meine anfängliche Bewertung von 1 Stern auf 4 Sterne angepasst. Very unfriendly service. When asked about the price of a product, the saleswoman said I should go to the shelf at the other end of the shop, the price is written there. If the saleswoman is not interested in supporting the customer, then I don't need a saleswoman. Surely my last purchase in this shop. Addition: My complaint was responded to very quickly and professionally. So I changed my initial rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Sie kennen sich sehr gut aus und man fühlt sich als Kunde sehr gut aufgehoben :) Ein großes Lob an die Dame, die mir vor einiger Zeit eine Murmeltiersalbe empfohlen hat. I am enthusiastic about the helpfulness of the staff. They know their way around very well and you feel that you are in very good hands as a customer :) Kudos to the lady who recommended a marmot ointment to me some time ago.
