Sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Really a great deal of high quality fabrics and dresses. We immediately had a lady who advised us about the communion dresses. Very friendly and not pushy.

Wir wollten es heute umtauschen mit Original Etikett und Rechnung offensichtlich nicht getragen. Es wurde uns nicht umgetauscht mit der Begründung bei Erstkommunionsware geht das nicht. Frau Gerstner war äußerst unfreundlich und ist uns in kleinster Weise entgegen gekommen. Fazit: überteuerte Ware mit inkompetenten Personalund unmöglicher Inhaberin. Schade, aber diese Boutique ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Nie mehr wieder!!!! Last week, my mother bought a bolero for my daughter's First Communion. With the request to be able to exchange it. My daughter is too small. We wanted to exchange it today with original label and bill obviously not worn. It was not exchanged with the reason for Erstkommunionsware that is not. Mrs. Gerstner was extremely unfriendly and came to meet us in the smallest way possible. Conclusion: overpriced goods with incompetent staff and impossible owner. Too bad, but this boutique is out of date. Never again!!!!
K	Karl Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Vorgesetzte, kein Tausch auf Kulanz, wo es gerade bei unseren Kleinen oft sein kann, dass etwas zu klein gekauft wird. Das Kleidungsstück war noch mit Etikette und sichtlich ungetragen. Selbst ein Rabatt auf ein Neugeschäft wurde nicht gewährt. Ein Kauf meinerseits ist dort in Zukunft ausgeschlossen. Very unfriendly superiors, no goodwill swap, where it can often be that our little ones buy something too small. The garment was still with label and clearly unworn. Even a discount on new business was not granted. A purchase on my part is excluded there in the future.

Ich war schon bei meinen Kindern begeisterte Kundin und bin immer gut und super beraten worden. Thank you for the great courtesy and pick-up service with great advice by email during the lockdown. I know that it is much more complex and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. But our neighbors couldn't wait. I've already been an enthusiastic customer of my children and have always received good and great advice.
