Selbst erkenntniss ist der erste Schritt zur Besserung!!! Was once again at the Nussbaumer Nussbaumer Regards is still a foreign word for Mr. Sorger, but it is now served by a friendly, personable employee Thank you very much for your positive answer! Self knowledge is the first step towards improvement!

Wollten ein Stück Käse nicht zurücknehmen obwohl dieses eingeschweißt war. ;-( Customer friendliness and goodwill leave a lot to be desired. Didn't want to take back a piece of cheese even though it was shrink-wrapped. ;-(

Neben der tollen Auswahl an Feinkost ist es schön zu sehen, wie freundlich, nett und kompetent ich behandelt werde. Erfreulich, wenn Chef und Chefin und alle Mitarbeiterinnen so hinter dem Unternehmen stehen. Every time I come to Graz I visit the shop. In addition to the great selection of delicacies, it is nice to see how friendly, kind and competent I am treated. It's good when boss and all employees stand behind the company like this.

Ich war jetzt schon mehrere Male dort und jedes Mal herrschte eine angespannte Stimmung zwischen den MA und dem Chef (auch Chefin?)Bereits 3x habe ich live miterlebt wie mit den Mitarbeitern gesprochen wurde... nicht gerade die feine englische Art. Ebenso bekommt man eine nicht so wertschätznde Haltung zu verspüren wenn man als Kunde sich nicht auf anhieb in der Luxus-Käsewelt zurecht findet. Herr Sorger, nur ein Tipp: die Atmosphäre und die zwischenmenschliche Stimmung, tragen auch zum Erfolg eines Betriebes und der Zufriedenheit der Kunden bei. In diesem Sinne, schöne Feiertage The products are great, cheese and sausage products, that is out of the question! Die hohe Qualität und die große Auswahl bieten jedem Käseliebhaber etwas - aber auch für Wurstliebhaber finden sich einige Spezialitäten vor Ort. Vorbeischauen lohnt sich! Anyone who has ever eaten Nussbaumer cheese will never use supermarket cheese again! The high quality and the large selection offer something for every cheese lover - but there are also some specialties on site for sausage lovers. It's worth stopping by!
