★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vermutlich hätten sie ganz nette Sachen, aber ich mag das Geschäft nicht betreten. Die Verkäuferinnen stehen immer mit verschränkten Armen da und bewachen den Eingangsbereich. Ist nicht wirklich einladend.
They probably have nice things, but I don't like going into the shop. The saleswomen always stand there with their arms crossed and guard the entrance area. It's not really inviting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we asked the saleswoman several times if the clothes would get smaller after washing since my wife as a former saleswoman in clothing herself knowing that kashmere material has this issues the saleswoman denied it every time we bought two not really cheap kashmere pieces.
So the clothes got smaller and couldn't get back in form because u have to treat them right after washing with a hair dryer. Since they didn't even listen to the fact of a sales scam which is the key point in the reclamation there is nothing else left than giving them a bad rating because of dishonest sales methods. In my mind this is a clear reason for giving the money back.
For them it was a Jesus like move to give us a coupon as a matter of good will for one of the pieces which is ridiculous.
So watch out there might be some saleswoman which are quite incompetent and just want to sell.
