Freundlicher unkomplizierter Empfang ( Familie wohnt im Haus), ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer -alles perfekt ! Tastefully furnished guest house on the outskirts of Retz, which leaves nothing to be desired. Friendly uncomplicated welcome (family lives in the house), excellent breakfast, clean rooms -all perfect!
M	Manuel Gogl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer waren stets sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Leider fehlte in einem unserer Zimmer der Föhn, was natürlich kein großes Problem war. Wir hatten das große nach Süden ausgerichtete Zimmer und dort hörte man leider immer wieder eine Lüftung, welche auch nachts zu hören war. Beim Einschlafen störte das leider. Für die genannten Punkte ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Der zweite Stern wird aufgrund der verbesserungswürdigen Gastfreundlichkeit abgezogen. Wie bereits in einem anderen Kommentar zu lesen, fühlt man sich aufgrund des Desinteresses der Gastgeberin nicht wirklich willkommen. Ein Beispiel: Auf die Frage nach einer Weinverkostung der Weine des eigenen Weinguts, wurden wir auf den Kühlschrank verwiesen, aus dem man sich bedienen soll. Hier besteht noch Luft nach oben. The rooms were always clean and basically okay. Unfortunately, the hair dryer was missing in one of our rooms, which of course was not a big problem. We had the large south-facing room and unfortunately there was always a ventilation, which was also heard at night. When falling asleep that unfortunately disturbed. I deduct a star for these points. The second star is deducted due to the improvement in hospitality. As already read in another comment, one does not really feel welcome due to the disinterest of the hostess. An example: When asked about a wine tasting of the wines of our own winery, we were referred to the fridge, from which one should use. There is still room for improvement here.
R	Ranunkelfrau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Zimmer und alle restlichen öffentlichen Räume waren sehr sauber , warm und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, aber leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht richtig verdunkeln. Auch war ein nicht definierbares und immer wiederkehrendes Geräusch zu hören, welches kein Entspannen am Zimmer zuließ und uns sehr störte. Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte viel zu wenig Druck und wurde rasch kalt. Das Frühstück war sehr nett und frisch angerichtet. Das Joghurt und die Marmeladen schmeckten ausgezeichnet. Leider ist der Kaffee aus dem Automaten eine Katastrophe. The room and all the rest of the public spaces were very clean, warm and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately the window couldn't be darkened properly. There was also an indefinable and recurring noise that didn't allow us to relax in the room and bothered us a lot. The water in the shower had way too little pressure and got cold quickly. The breakfast was very nice and freshly prepared. The yoghurt and the jams tasted excellent. Unfortunately, the coffee from the machine is a disaster.
