All the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The food was plentiful and delicious.
The pool area has enough and various pools to accommodate crowds and the saunas are multiple, some inside the hotel building, some amongst the trees overlooking the lake. I really enjoyed the fact that there was access to the lake in which you could swim. There was also a salt water inside/outside pool with 32 degrees C.
The location is within walking distance to Gmund and to the hiking trails of natural park with big boulders, you can also hire an electric bike.
I liked the fact we did not need masks or needed to distance, life felt normal. You had to show negative covid test every day though.

Multiple designs and temperatures of saunas with great choice of experiences taking place every half hour, saltwater hot pool and spacious resting areas ?
Always kind staff and restaurant within the FKK area.
One tiny little low of my stay is the hurtfuly cold cobblestone path between outside saunas and lack of hotel flip-flops - the ones offered, although for fair price, on reception are extremely slippery and not comfortable - hurting to the feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for a day was just blissful. Perfectly located, spacious yet warm and inviting when you walk in, a chilled and vibrant atmosphere. The room was a haven which was exceptionally generous in size compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Gmünd. The staff is very nice, young and straight forward. Excited to be back soon!
