d	dragos dinca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4 stars hotel is very nice, spacious, clean, with a lot of indoor and outdoor activities. Meals were excelent, combining austrian tradition with the international one.

K	Konstantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been there the first time and I was really impressed. The spa area is enormously large with two different pools. Sadly I have to only give 4 stars, as the spa area does not have enough seats outdoors to accommodate every customer. So we had to lie indoors while he sun was shining, instead of outside. The dinner is great with three different main menus to choose from. Salads are from the buffet, as well as two different soups. Breakfast is excellent aswell with many different things, such as cereal, sausages, eggs, bread, ..., To choose from. The room was okay. We were were to have a Terrasse to go outside to from our room and lie in the sun. Sadly the beds are fairly short, so it would not fit anyone above around 1.80m.
E	Eliza Matzner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioner in the room! You can't also leave the windows easily open as they don't have fly screen. No place to lie in the sun at the pool. You have to get one floor below for this! The rest was fine. Good hygiene.

The staff is very friendly thought, they the chimney when we asked for it, offered tee and coffee. The room and the bathroom is very clean, but our friends rooms in another part of the building were smelly. Rooms are very spacious with tv, chairs, table, bar, and a safe. There's an open pool and sauna complex in the hotel. Overall, I won't go here again.

E	Ece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is located close to Bahnhof, which is nice. Food was ok. You might want to knock your room before you get in. They might give the same room to different people and forget, like it happened to me. They did not compensate for that, which suprized me. The door of the spa was closed. We had to find a cleaning lady to be able to get in. The swimming pool had a view of wine gardens, which was nice.
C	Casey Link on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're a pair of long distance travelers with dog and baby, been on the road for over a week so we were quite dirty and ready for a rest day. Every other place in Retz was booked, we tried this fancy hotelspa as a last resort and got a "budget" room for 115€ a night (no spa access). Fantastic breakfast buffet. Uncomfortably soft beds that sagged in the middle. Room was hot and stuffy with the window closed, but when left open it rained inside ? Secure bike garage with plenty of space for our bikes and trailers. Very friendly staff!
