E	E M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-kept hotel, friendly staff except for the bar and restaurant service staff who need more training on how to be more attentive and friendly to guests. Chef of the hotel restaurant cooks great dishes, though! One negative change - no complimentary soup during lunch time anymore.

We did not know that we had to change our shoes and clothes to get to the Silent Spa. Our last day was chaotic!

The Spa and the Therm both are equipped with first class amenities. We like all, the Hotel, the Therm, the Hotel-Spa and the Silent Spa.
