The three ESSENTIALS I need in a gym: -> atmosphere -> feel good -> As short as possible from home For me, the G4C fulfills all of my points and that's why it's a 5/5 for me.

Das Personal ist freundlich, die Trainer bemühen sich um jeden Einzelnen und sind sehr motiviert. Die Inhaber nehmen sich um einen an und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen oder Anliegen zur Verfügung. Der Kraftbereich ist gut ausgestattet und auch das Kursprogramm ist sehr abwechslungsreich! Very modern and clean studio with attention to detail. The atmosphere is very familiar and you feel very well looked after. The staff is friendly, the trainers take care of each individual and are very motivated. The owners take care of you and are always available for questions or concerns. The strength area is well equipped and the course program is also very varied!

Top Öffnungszeiten von 05:00 - 23:00 Uhr. Überzeuge dich selbst und schau‘ mal vorbei! Perfect studio with a personal touch. Very clean, friendly and competent staff. Every age group trains here. Top opening times from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Convince yourself and have a look ‘!

Null Freundlichkeit, Angestellte haben über trainierende Anfänger gelästert und gelacht, statt zu erklären, dass sie die Aufgabe falsch machen. Werben mit einem Gymnastikraum, den man anscheinend benutzen kann, erwähnen aber nicht, dass da durchgehend Kurse stattfinden und deshalb nicht benutzt werden kann. Sehr klein, wenig Geräte für viel Geld. Bekam sogar eine Klagedrohung, weil sie mir mein Abo über Corona verlängern wollten, da sie ja zusperren mussten. Musste letztendlich einen Anwalt einschalten, um da freizukommen. Versucht erst garnicht, Gespräche zu führen. Die Angestellten sagen immer nur “ich weiß es nicht” und wenn man nach der Nummer des Leiters fragt, wird diese nicht ausgehändigt. Selbst als ich fragte, wann dieser im Haus sei, um ihn persönlich zu sprechen, sagte man mir “ich weiß es nicht” I would rather give 0 stars, but that is not possible. Was registered here for a year. Zero friendliness, employees gossiped and laughed at beginners training instead of explaining that they were doing the job wrong. Advertise with a gym that one apparently can use, but does not mention that courses take place there all the time and therefore cannot be used. Very small, few devices for a lot of money. I even got a threat of legal action because they wanted to extend my subscription via Corona because they had to lock up. Ultimately had to hire a lawyer to get out. Don't even try to have conversations. The employees always say “I don't know” and if you ask for the manager's number, it is not given. Even when I asked when he was in the house to see him personally, I was told "I don't know"

Es ist immer jemand erreichbar via e-Mail sowie über das Whatsapp-Tool (Eingangsbereich) für Notfälle. Es ist immer sehr sauber & eine nette Atmosphäre unter den Kunden. Leistung kostet eben. Ich werde weiterhin zufriedener Kunde bleiben. ? I am still very satisfied in G4C Fitness. Unfortunately, I cannot agree and understand the 1 ⭐️ reviews. Value for money is absolutely right. There is always someone available via e-mail and the Whatsapp tool (entrance area) for emergencies. It's always very clean & a nice atmosphere among customers. Performance costs. I will continue to be a satisfied customer. ?
