Sehr freundliche Dame und sehr wohnlicher Empfangsbereich machen gleich überaus positiven Eindruck.
Herr Pilz wirkt sehr kompetent und nach Erkundung der Beschwerden erklärt er geduldig sämtliche Schritte zur Anfertigung der Schuheinlagen.
Auch ist es für mich eine neue Erfahrung,dass Einlagen nach 6 -8 Wochen auf deren Passform kontrolliert werden sollen. Bin schon auf Ergebnis gespannt.

Very friendly lady and very cozy reception area make a very positive impression.
Mr. Pilz looks very competent and after exploring the complaints, he patiently explains all the steps to make the shoe insoles.
It is also a new experience for me that insoles should be checked for their fit after 6-8 weeks. I'm looking forward to the result.
