W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kritik von Frau Hofer ist hier nicht angebracht da in dieser Geschäftsstelle wegen der Covid Situation ein eingeschränkter Betrieb herrscht, auf welchen auch im Aushang hingewiesen wird. Da ich oft vor Ort etwas zu tun habe kann ich diese Art der Kritik nicht nachvollziehen, ich werde immer Top beraten und fühle mich als Kunde auch willkommen. Ms. Hofer's criticism is not appropriate here because there is limited operation in this office due to the Covid situation, which is also pointed out in the notice. Since I often have to do something on site, I cannot understand this type of criticism, I always receive top advice and as a customer I also feel welcome.
o	oops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besonders der junge Mann in der Trafik ist immer sehr freundlich, höflich, nett und zuvorkommend. Da könnten sich so manche Damen eine Scheibe abschneiden ! The young man in the tobacco shop in particular is always very friendly, polite, nice and courteous. Some women could learn a thing or two about that!

Faucht seine Mitarbeiter an, weil sie ihm helfen wollte und mir gibt er total ruppige Auskünfte. Besser nicht auf die Leute loslassen. The young man is very friendly, the man who today 30.7. was at the post office counter, it would have been better to stay in bed. Leider war mein Erlebnis von heute morgen nicht so toll: Gestern am Nachmittag wollte ich schon eine Nachsendeauftrag anlegen lassen - da bekam ich die Info, (diese war auch gut leserlich auf einem Infozettel angebracht), dass dies nach 15 Uhr nicht mehr möglich wäre. Daher kam ich heute in der Früh ca. 7:30 wieder - da bekam ich die Info, dass das erst ab 10 Uhr möglich wäre, weil die Mitarbeiterinnen nur zu zweit wären. Dies wurde mir leider am Vortag nicht gesagt und war am Infozettel so nicht erkennbar. Außerdem muss ich sagen, dass ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch der einzige Kunde im Geschäft war. Die Reaktion der Mitarbeiterinnen auf meinen Hinweis, dass man dann aber bitte auch die Infos korrekt weitergeben müsse und ev. den Zettel anpassen, war: "Ja passt schon!" So far we have always been very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my experience this morning was not so great: Yesterday afternoon I wanted to have a forwarding order created - then I received the information (this was also clearly legible on an information sheet) that this would no longer be possible after 3 p.m. So I came back this morning around 7:30 am - I got the information that this would only be possible from 10 am because there were only two of the employees. Unfortunately, I was not told this the day before and was not visible on the information sheet. I also have to say that I was the only customer in the store at the time. The reaction of the employees to my suggestion that the information must then also be correctly passed on and possibly adjust the note was: "Yes, it fits!"
