★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geh jetzt wieder seit 3 Wochen trainieren, wenn ein Trainer was sieht was du nicht korrekt machst wird dir sofort geholfen und auch so kann man sich jederzeit Hilfe suchen ohne Probleme, es sind auch wirklich alle nette Persönlichkeiten, wirklich eins der besten Fitnessstudio ❤️
Go back to training for 3 weeks now, if a trainer sees what you are not doing correctly, you will be helped immediately and you can always look for help without problems, they are all really nice personalities, really one of the best gyms ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevor man sich entschließt, dort zu trainieren, wird man sehr ausführlich über alle Angebote und Preise informiert. Es gibt außerdem die Möglichkeit zu einem kostenlosen Probetraining.
Ich habe mit Herrn Manuel trainiert und der ist wirklich sehr genau auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen.
Wegen meines Worbelsäulenschadens habe ich mit extrem starken Rückenschmerzen nach dem Training gerechnet. Aber es war das Gegenteil der Fall. Ich hatte nach dem Training keine Rückenschmerzen!
Ich fühlte mich am Ende der Einheit richtig fit.
Dieses Fitnessstudio ist sehr zu empfehlen!

I trained with Mr. Manuel and he really responded to my needs very carefully.
Because of the damage to my wormbar column, I expected extremely severe back pain after training. But it was the opposite. I didn't have any back pain after training!
I felt really fit at the end of the session.
This gym comes highly recommended!
