Ich finde doch immer wieder was!!! Always a pleasure, not only because of the fantastic bags, purses ... also because of the incredibly friendly care of the staff. I always find something !!!

G	Giulia Perko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brachte meine Furla Handtasche zur Reparatur, da der Riemen gerissen war und die Tasche erst wenige Wochen alt war- im Standort in Wien (dem einzigen in Österreich) wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass sie dafür nicht zuständig seien, da die Tasche in Graz bei einem Vertreiber gekauft wurde. Außerdem könnten Sie trotz Identifikationsnummer jeder Tasche ohne Rechnung die Handtasche auch nicht zur Reparatur nach Italien einschicken. Die Handtasche hatte jedoch keinen Schaden, sondern nur der Umhängeriemen- einfach zum Ersetzen (den man natürlich auch für teures Geld nachkaufen kann). Das Personal war leider auch nicht freundlich und war wedet hilfsbereit noch bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Ich erwarte mir bei einem Luxuslabel einen besserem Service, sowohl von der Abwicklung von Reparaturen, als auch vom Personal. Als ich dann mit der nicht reparierten Tasche extra nach Graz gefahren bin und sie beim Vertreiber vorzeigte, wurde mir ohne Rechnung und ohne Diskussionen der Riemen ausgetauscht und gegen einen neuen ersetzt. Alles ohne Probleme und mit sehr freundlichem Personal- diesen Service hätte ich mir vom Furla Shop in Wien erwartet! I brought my Furla handbag to be repaired because the strap was torn and the bag was only a few weeks old - at the location in Vienna (the only one in Austria) I was then informed that they were not responsible because the bag was in Graz was purchased from a distributor. In addition, despite the identification number of each bag without an invoice, you could not send the handbag to Italy for repair. However, the handbag was not damaged, only the shoulder strap - easy to replace (which you can of course buy for a lot of money). The staff was unfortunately not friendly and was unwedet helpful and tried to find a solution. I expect better service from a luxury label, both in terms of repairs and staff. When I drove to Graz with the unrepaired bag and showed it to the distributor, the strap was exchanged for me and replaced with a new one without an invoice or discussion. Everything without problems and with very friendly staff - I would have expected this service from the Furla Shop in Vienna!
