A	Armaghasthyp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einiger Zeit habe ich die Schlichtungsstelle der Zahnärztekammer hier am Kohlmarkt besucht, auf Grund eines Zahnschadens bei einer Weisheitszahnextraktion. Mein Anliegen wurde freundlich entgegen genommen und im ersten Eindruck von der Sachbearbeiterin als "klassischer Versicherungsfall" bezeichnet. Danach habe ich allerdings lange nichts mehr Ihr gehört. Nach 2 1/2 Monaten und einer schmerzhaften Entzündung, die aus dem Pfusch entstanden ist, wegen welchem ich dort war, habe ich per Mail eine Anfrage bzgl. des Status meiner Beschwerde geschrieben. 2 Wochen später kam nun per Post endlich eine Antwort - ein Zweizeiler, meine Beschwerde könne nicht weiterverfolgt werden, weil ich damals (in Agonie) den Standardschrieb (vor der Zahnextraktion) unterfertigt habe, (der eine mögliche Beschädigung des Nachbarzahnes und dessen Inlays als Kollateralschaden beinhaltet hatte). Die Inhalte in Klammer standen nicht im Antwortschreiben. Für lange Bearbeitungszeit, daraus entstandene Komplikationen und unverschämte Abkanzelung gibt es 1,4 von 5. Some time ago I visited the arbitration board of the Dental Association here on the Kohlmarkt because of tooth damage during a wisdom tooth extraction. My request was received in a friendly manner and in the first impression the clerk described it as a "classic insurance case". After that I haven't heard from you for a long time. After 2 1/2 months and a painful inflammation that resulted from the botch that I was there for, I wrote an email asking about the status of my complaint. Two weeks later, a reply finally came in the mail - a two-liner that my complaint could not be pursued because I (in agony) signed the standard letter (before tooth extraction) (which could damage the neighboring tooth and its inlays as collateral damage had included). The content in brackets was not in the reply. For long processing times, the resulting complications and outrageous cutting, there are 1.4 out of 5.
F	Fronz Hopfgartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt nur eine Regel: Es gibt keine ärztlichen Behandlungsfehler. Interessensvertretung für Zahnärzt*innen, mehr ist das nicht. Oder kann mir jemand erklären, warum es kein Behandlungsfehler ist, wenn der Zahnarzt verschweigt, dass ihm ein Instrument im Zahn abgebrochen ist? There is only one rule: there are no medical errors. Representation of interests for dentists, that's not more. Or can someone explain to me why it is not a medical error if the dentist does not mention that an instrument in the tooth has broken off?
M	Mi Ke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach eine Katastrophe. Vollkommen insuffiziente und langsame Betreuung oder Beratung. Wenn man es genau nimmt eine Schande für die österreichische Zahnärzteschaft. Warum kann es die Ärztekammer um so viel besser? - der Fisch fangt vom Kopf zum Stinken an. :) Just a disaster. Completely insufficient and slow care or advice. If you take it exactly shame for the Austrian dentists. Why can the medical association do it so much better? - the fish starts to stink from the head. :)
S	S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verstehe gar nicht wieso diese Mitarbeiter dort eingestellt sind. Absolut ahnungslose Menschen. Man könnte meinen, dass sie ansatzweise von dem wofür sie bezahlt werden verstehen. Nope- da ist einfach nichts. Aber eins können sie sehr gut: dich weiterleiten. Do not understand why these employees are hired there. Absolutely clueless people. You might think that they begin to understand what they're being paid for. Nope- there is simply nothing. But they can do one thing very well: forward you.
V	Vanessa Lechinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, die einem am Telefon nur Auskunft geben, man müsste sich postal (Parteienverkehr 1x Woche 4 Stunden lang) beschweren, egal um welche Situation es sich handelt. Das so eine Institution keine Emailadresse hat, ist absurd, in welchem Jahrhundert leben wir denn? Es wird einem als Patientin also sehr schwer gemacht. Very unfriendly employees * who only give you information on the phone that you would have to complain by post (party traffic 1x week for 4 hours), regardless of the situation. That such an institution has no email address is absurd, what century are we living in? So it is made very difficult for you as a patient.
