Sehr professionell (Sarkasmus) - mindesten 10 x versucht zu kontaktieren. Appointment made - due to the search for a parking space delayed by 15 minutes (!) - not available by phone on any line (!) - simply ignored & gone. Very professional (sarcasm) - tried to contact at least 10 times.

Sie verrechnen sofort ihre Leistung obwohl die Leistung nicht in Ordnung ist. Wenn sie als Kunde die Rechnung nicht sofort bezahlen leitet dieses Unternehmen sofort an den Rechtsanwalt obwohl Sie mit der Rechnung nicht einverstanden sind. Es gibt keine Verhandlungsmöglichkeit! Ich würde diese Gesellschaft nicht empfehlen dazu sind die sehr unfreundlich und sie werden womöglich auch beleidigt. Trotzdem wünsche ich der Gesellschaft alles Gute vielleicht werden sie für später mal ihre Kunden mehr schätzen. Be very careful with this company! Watch out for the benefits you get. You immediately charge your service even though the service is not in order. If you as a customer do not pay the invoice immediately, this company immediately forwards the lawyer even though you do not agree with the invoice. There is no way to negotiate! I would not recommend this company because they are very unfriendly and may get offended. Nevertheless, I wish the company all the best, maybe they will appreciate their customers more in the future.
