★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm living in Germany and had, during the pandemic, considerable challenges to find a Cube ProRoad bike, given unavailability at the start of the winter season. Found Fitstore24.com and ordered it online, albeit knowing that it would be shop based in Austria.
The handling has been absolutely clear and transparent, the bike arrived extremely well conditioned, the instructions and care were clear, the expedition service worked like a charm.
I had a small defect in the bike, which the store handled with the manufacturer, sent me a new handle bar and paid for the replacement service. The customer service is beyond words... I couldn't be more happy. Super professional, extremely friendly, very responsive. This is a store that I'll keep at the top of my bookmarks and will be ordering from them again.

Unfortunately it had some failure so that I contacted the store.
They were very helpful and reacted to all my messages within 24h.
They covered the shipping of the device back to them. In a few day the new device was already on the way to me.
