Als wir Hilfe bei Rad Service Gernot suchten, waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr empathisch und bemüht eine schnelle Lösung für uns zu finden und dass sogar, obwohl sie eh schon sehr viel Arbeit hatten. Sie verstehen offensichtlich sehr gut ihr Handwerk und halfen uns mit ihrer Erfahrung & verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sehr weiter. Wir sind begeistert von dieser offenen, netten und professionellen Betreuung & empfehlen diesen Laden jedem von ganzem Herzen. Wir denken sogar, dass er einer der besten Fahrradläden ist, in denen wir jeh waren (und wir waren bereits in vielen überall auf der Welt). Nochmals vielen lieben Dank Rad Service Team. We were stranded on our bike trip to Spain in Lienz with a mechanical problem. When we looked for help at Rad Service Gernot, all employees were very empathetic and tried to find a quick solution for us, even though they already had a lot of work. They obviously understand their craft very well and helped us a lot with their experience and various options. We are enthusiastic about this open, nice and professional support & wholeheartedly recommend this shop to everyone. We even think it's one of the best bike stores we've ever been to (and we've been to many around the world). Thanks again Rad Service Team.
E	Ein Unbekannter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kam eigentlich nur zufällig in das Geschäft da ich ein Problem mit einschlafenden Händen hatte und mir einen anderen Lenker besorgen wollte. Problem wurde vom freundlichen Personal sofort erkannt und nach längerer und sehr kompetenter Beratung die für mich richtige Lösung gefunden, obwohl zu dieser Zeit ein hoher Kundenansturm zu verzeichnen war. Gesamturteil: TOP Update vom 26.07.2021: Hatte ein Problem mit dem Geschwindigkeitssensor, Problem wurde nach kurzem Check am Bike sofort behoben, Magnet war um 90 Grad verdreht. War so perplex dass ich vergessen hatte ein Trinkgeld zu hinterlassen. Aber nächstes Service wird bei Rad Service Gernot gemacht. Actually only came into the shop by chance because I had a problem with my hands falling asleep and wanted to get another handlebar. The problem was recognized immediately by the friendly staff and after a long and very competent consultation the right solution was found for me, although at that time there was a high influx of customers. Overall rating: TOP Update from 07/26/2021: Had a problem with the speed sensor, the problem was fixed immediately after a short check on the bike, the magnet was rotated 90 degrees. Was so perplexed that I forgot to leave a tip. But the next service will be done at Rad Service Gernot.

Bekam die lapidare Aussage „dann müssen Sie halt woanders hingehen“. Ging ich dann auch, da wurde mir sofort geholfen. Danke Rad Service Gernot. Customer service works differently. Just had a minor fix. Should wait a day for it. Got the succinct statement "then you just have to go somewhere else". If I went, I was helped immediately. Thank you Rad Service Gernot.
