PR Pro Bike hat immer die Passenden Ersatzteile dafür gefunden und immer zufriedenstellend gerichtet. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Kurze Wartezeiten und sogar in der Corona Zeit, waren sie immer für mich da. Echt cool. Das weiß ich sehr zu schätzen. Danke da das Team. Very well. Bei Ankunft um 17.30 Uhr mit zwei gerissenen Speichen konnte ich am nächsten Tag das Bike wieder repariert abholen und das zur absoluten Hochsaison. Preis völlig korrekt und fair. Komme sicher wieder, wenn ich mal in der Gegend bin. A very positive example for bike retailers. Wir waren in fast allen Fahrradgeschäften in Lienz/ Lienz Umgebung. Probike bot mit Abstand die beste und freundlichste Beratung an. Wir wurden sofort bedient und sie nahmen sich sehr viel Zeit für uns. Unser Kind durfte die Fahrräder auch ausprobieren. Auch die Auswahl war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Sogar individuelle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt wie z. Bsp. Eine andere Schaltung einbauen, den Sitz kürzen.... Auch die Preise sind sehr fair und im Vergleich haben wir das bessere Rad letztendlich günstiger bekommen. Die nächsten Fahrräder werden wir sicher wieder bei Probike kaufen. We were looking for a bike for our child which experience has shown that it does not work without professional advice. We were in almost all bike shops in Lienz / Lienz surroundings. Probike offered the best and friendliest advice by far. We were served immediately and they took a lot of time for us. Our child was also allowed to try out the bikes. The selection was also more than satisfactory. Even individual requests were taken into account such as For example, install another gearshift, shorten the seat .... The prices are also very fair and in comparison we finally got the better bike cheaper. We will certainly buy the next bikes from Probike again.

Schaltung ist abgebrochen, Speichen gerissen, und einen Patschen. Nach meiner Nächtigung auf der Hütte konnte ich zumindest mit dem bike ins Tal rollen, aber mein mehrtägiger Bikeurlaub, den konnte ich vergessen… Wenn da nicht das überaus freundliche und kompetente Team von Probike Lienz gewesen wäre, die mich sofort mit der Reparatur eingeschoben haben und schnell Hilfe geleistet haben. Herzlichen Dank! Ihr habt meinen Urlaub gerettet! Am Nachmittag geht’s weiter zum Hochstadelhaus! Danke für die Reparatur, eurer tolles Service und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Klare Empfehlung! During my vacation in East Tyrol, I unfortunately caught my mountain bike on the way to the Karlsbader Hut. Shift has broken, spokes torn, and a slap. After spending the night at the hut, I could at least roll my bike into the valley, but I could forget about my multi-day bike holiday ... M	Marjolein Verton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an E-mtb and it was rather oke although not very clean and smooth. Also rented a hardtail mtb of very low quality with some defects during the ride. Oke maybe for a relaxed city tour but not for steep mountain tracks. I was not satisfied after the ride at all. But the shop offered me another day rental for free to compensate, which was a very friendly offer. Two days later we went again and the shop gave us 2 high end e-mtb's. We had a top ride! So credits to the shop for this solution and keep the quality of all your bikes on a high level. The tracks in Lienz are demanding!
M	Mike Page on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented trekking bikes for a tour up to Matrei here when we were in Lienz in July. Great crew, extremely friendly, very happy with the bikes, great price for day hire. The kids then rented a couple of hardcore MTBs (a bit more pricey, but no complaints) and had a ball with them. Definitely use these guys again!

My son broke the front gearbox: we arrived at the store and asked several times if they could remove the gearbox in order to be able to use the bike only with the rear gearbox. They replied that it was not possible and they offered us to rent one of their bikes. The rental days were five and they calculated six: my son had to point this out to him. The payment was made by credit card. When my husband also arrived in the store he insisted and when the broked gearbox was removed and he showed him that the bike was absolutely usable, instead of apologizing they were resentful and annoyed. We asked for a refund of what we paid for the rental days (90 euros) and at first they wanted to give us only a voucher of 20 euros. After several discussions they gave us back only 50 euros in cash because they lost half an hour with us. Ah .. I forgot the broken gearbox: they gave it to us and told: this is yours! In anycase we have done 220 km and our bike works well! Nothing funny just dishonest and unfair behavior. I just told what happened. Maybe it's you who don't understand or pretend not to understand.
