★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter how nice you try to be the staff is ignorant, unfriendly and you feel humiliated. If I had known our party of 13 people would never had rented our equipment here. Try the other rentals. Location is good but not worth spending hours talking about useless service at the after ski dinners. Having bought and rented gear for 25 years this is my worst experience. Stay away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY UNFRIENDLY ignorant staff, specially the girl and the boy with the glasses.
Definitely wouldn't recommend to anybody and wouldn't go there again.
The gear was very basic, nothing special as we had to change it after 1 day after hurting legs, and skis were not set properly, but realize that on the top of the slope and couldn't ski down.
