Since there doesn't seem to be a possibility to answer a comment I am going to just elaborate on my original posting. Here are some impressions I had with Fischer HD.
First of all, buddy, me stating you are overpriced does not imply that I have a problem with the price itself.
I just don't think it is reasonable to pay four times the the US retail on an item, which I did.
If I go online and buy an something at HD and have it delivered to my front door and pay for shipping and tax it is less expensive.
Having staff who doesn't know what repair part I need even if I provide make, model and year plus VIN isn't helping either.
But I agree, judging from your arrogant statement, you rather don't like customers who think to much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group from South Africa recently hired rental bikes from Fischer's for 8 days to ride to the Prague 115 Rally; our first impressions of the dealership was a happy environment and a very warm greeting; the bikes were ready and waiting for us and all the paperwork was waiting to be signed and without fuss; the bikes were 2018 models with low mileage and in excellent condition; we would like make special mention of Alex, Sandra and Johan (Fischer) who went beyond to help our group, especially as we were foreign to Austria and our first bike rentals. The highway toll (vinagrette (sp?)) was put on the bikes while we waited which saved us more hassle and time. The adjoining restaurant is a typical HOG pub bar with fun service and good food (and busy on a Monday morning !!). Will definitely be back when we find ourselves in Austria again. Thanks guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Harley Davidson shop I have ever seen. Budapest, Paris, Prague nor canadian Niagara Falls are like a small "cusins" to this one in Vienna. Really nice. And so many wonderfull motorcycles inside.????I want one of them. Maybe this special one on the PHOTOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in Vienna just for few days and because I like Harley Davidson bikes and own one myself, I made some time to visit the shop which has good selection of new and used bikes including the latest 2018 Softail line. The staff were nice and helpful. They have large selection of riding gear and clothes. Easy to reach using public transport and they have a cafe/restaurant with outdoor seating area. If you are a motorbike fan and lives in Vienna this place definitely worth a visit.2
