A	Aladin Steinzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuschend. Haben Vollholzparkett mit Sockelleisten und Trittschalldämmung für fast 5.000€ bestellt. Es gab so gut wie keine Beratung, geliefert wurden ohne Absprache 3 unterschiedliche Sockelleisten, die Hälfte davon mit Klicksystem die andere Hälfte ohne. Auch beim Parkett hat eine Packung farblich nicht zu den anderen gepasst. Als wir den Verkäufer darauf angesprochen haben, meinte er nur wir sollen uns freuen diese andere Packung sei länger als die anderen und wir müssten nicht mehr dafür bezahlen. Von dem eigentlich Bestellten hätte er eben nicht mehr lagernd gehabt. Viele Bretter hatten leider auch Schrammen und andere Schönheitsfehler. Ein paar Bretter waren überhaupt gebrochen und daher unbrauchbar. Eine absolute Frechheit! Das Kundenservice war leider auch alles andere als freundlich und entgegenkommend. Also alles in allem eine komplette Katastrophe, in jedem Baumarkt wäre man vermutlich besser beraten und hätte obendrein weniger Schwierigkeiten mit Reklamationen. Unfortunately, very disappointing. Have ordered solid wood parquet with skirting boards and impact sound insulation for almost € 5,000. There was practically no advice, 3 different skirting boards were delivered without consultation, half of them with click system and the other half without. In the parquet too, one package did not match the other in color. When we asked the seller, he just said we should be happy this other pack is longer than the others and we no longer have to pay for it. He would no longer have had what was actually ordered. Unfortunately, many boards also had scratches and other blemishes. A few boards were broken at all and therefore unusable. An absolute cheek! The customer service was unfortunately anything but friendly and accommodating. So all in all a complete disaster, in any hardware store you would probably be better advised and, on top of that, would have fewer problems with complaints.

Das gekaufte Material entspricht der angepriesenen Qualität und die Verarbeitung des Holzes mit dem mitgelieferten Zubehör ist selbsterklärend. Kann das Wohngesund Team nur weiterempfehlen. Great advice. The consultant did not want to sell the most expensive at all costs, but gave me several options to choose from, tailored to my needs. The purchased material corresponds to the advertised quality and the processing of the wood with the supplied accessories is self-explanatory. I can only recommend the healthy living team.

Auch Türen aus Holz oder passend zum Boden gibt es auch in der Kollektion. Das Holz für Terrassen hat mir vom Stil her sehr gut gefallen. Ich komme gerne wieder und lasse mich inspirieren. Very tasteful range and parquet flooring business. The selection of floors for outside and inside is very good. There are also doors made of wood or to match the floor in the collection. I really liked the style of the wood for terraces. I would love to come back and be inspired.
