Sein Service möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Diese Fa. und der Verkäufer sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder! Das einzige Manko sind die Servicepreise von der Ducati. Diese sind unverschämt hoch. Dies hat aber nichts mit dem Verkäufer zu tun!! We took over the Ducati Scramblers this week. My seller was Mr. Small. He took excellent care of me and my concerns. I would like to give a special mention to his service. This company and the seller are definitely recommended. Gladly again! The only drawback are the service prices from the Ducati. These are outrageously high. But this has nothing to do with the seller!!

Mich hat jeder Mitarbeiter von dort begrüßt und waren sehr nett. Besonders Hr.Paul vom Verkauf Honda ist überhaupt sehr ein netter und lockerer Typ der auf mich zugegangen ist, sich Zeit genommen hat und mir vieles erklärt hat, trotz vieler Kunden im Schauraum. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Händler und werde wieder dort kaufen oder Service machen. lassen . Früherer Kundenbetreuer hat auf E-Mails nicht geantwortet, nach telefonischer Rückfrage, hätte er die E-Mail angeblich nicht erhalten!! Neuer Kundenbetreuer, zwar versucht sich zu bemühen, aber trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen, was ich möchte, ein falsches Angebot gelegt, einfach inkompetent. Generell ist der Service am Kunden bzw. Interessenten kaum zu sehen, da ein geforderter Rückruf nicht eingehalten wurde und die Empfangsdame auch nicht Willens war, den Verkaufsleiter direkt an das Telefon zu holen! Meine Empfehlung ist hier Finger weg von dem Unternehmen! Unfortunately the customer service here is very bad!! Previous account manager did not respond to emails, after calling back said he didn't receive the email!! New account manager, tries to make an effort but despite multiple inquiries as to what I want, made the wrong offer, just plain incompetent. In general, the service to the customer or prospect is hardly visible, since a requested callback was not kept and the receptionist was not willing to get the sales manager directly on the phone! My recommendation here is hands off the company!

Über die Wintermonate stelle ich meine Duci hier ein, wobei alle erforderlichen Arbeiten durchgeführt werden um gut durch die Monate April bis Anfang November zu kommen. Hoffe auf ein gutes unfallfreies Motorradjahr 2022, wo ich so nebenbei bemerkt meinen 81er hinter mir habe.??? This is where I bought my Ducati and I am well looked after. R	Ronald Gmeiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aller Anfang ist schwer. Nach mehrmaligen wechselns des Personals sollte nun doch mal Ruhe einkehren. Neues Personal ist sehr bemüht. Habe meine Monster über den Winter eingestellt und am Freitag abgeholt. Es wurde alles gut gemacht was beauftragt wurde. Soweit ich das bis jetzt Beurteilen kann. Es wurde, was ich sehr schätze, keine unnötigen Sachen gemacht um den Umsatz zu steigern. Kennt man doch von anderen Unternehmen!!!! All beginnings are difficult. After changing the staff several times, things should calm down. New staff tries very hard. Hired my monsters over the winter and picked them up on Friday. Everything that was commissioned was done well. As far as I can tell so far. No unnecessary things were done to increase sales, which I really appreciate. You know it from other companies!!!!
