T	Thomas Skoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versuche seit Tage per Telefon durchzukommen und lege dann jedesmal nach 15 Minuten auf, egal wann man anruft, niemand hebt ab - Dauerschleife... ein privates Unternehmen könnte sich so einen schlechten Service nicht leisten I've been trying to get through by phone for days and then hang up every 15 minutes, no matter when you call, nobody answers - constant loop ... a private company couldn't afford such poor service

Sehr lange Bearbeitungszeit für Kleinigkeiten. Long waiting times in the customer hotline and then when the phone is picked up, the employees show a very unfriendly demeanor. Very long processing time for little things.
d	da masta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mitn abheben haben sie es net so .. dauert manchmal über eine halbe Stunde bis es jemand schafft ran zu gehen. und wenn man verbunden wird kann man getrost gleich auflegen weil man sowieso aus der Leitung fliegt.. Freundlichkeit lässt bei diesen Ämtern sowieso zu wünschen übrig! take off with them they don't have it like that .. sometimes it takes over half an hour for someone to answer it. and if you are connected you can confidently hang up immediately because you are flying out of the line anyway. Friendliness leaves much to be desired anyway at these offices!

Er wurde noch nicht bearbeitet und nach mehrmaligen telefonischer Nachfrage kann mir niemand sagen warum . Es ist auch sehr schwierig das zuständige Finanzamt zu erreichen. I personally submitted my documents for the employee assessment at the beginning of February. It has not yet been processed and after repeated telephone inquiries nobody can tell me why. It is also very difficult to reach the responsible tax office.

Wenn man anruft wartet man schon mal eine halbe Stunde in der Warteschleife um dann doch nur von den Mitarbeitern bei Nachfrage angemotzt zu werden. It's a cheek how slowly your employees work. When you call you wait half an hour in the queue and then only be asked by the employees when asked.

Kenne eigentlich kein schlechteres Service was die Erreichbarkeit betrifft.. Unfortunately you hang on the line forever. If you were a company it would certainly be different, because then the customers would be gone immediately. I don't really know any worse service in terms of accessibility ..

Trotz vieler gleichen Meinung, schade und schande! wenn wir so arbeiten würden wären wir unsere Job los, aber leider werden sie von uns finaziert! - unfriendly - sloppy - incompetent etc. It would not even have deserved a star! Nothing will change about it either! Despite many of the same opinion, what a shame and a shame! if we would work like this we would be lost our jobs, but unfortunately they are financed by us!
C	Cenk Solmaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freche Telefinisten in der sogenannten Servicehotline. Fragt man nach dem Namen der jeweiligen Mitarbeiterin, legen 3 von 4 kommentarlos auf. So unhöflliche und schlecht geschulte Telefonmitarbeiter kann sich nicht einmal das Finanzamt leisten. Very cheeky telephonists in the so-called service hotline. If you ask for the name of the respective employee, 3 out of 4 hang up without comment. Not even the tax office can afford such rude and poorly trained telephone workers.
