On behalf of my girlfriend .. really great, empathetic and very relaxing. Here you can feel that yoga is not only being lived.

Die Kurse bei Evi haben meinem definitiv angespannten Büroalltag sehr geholfen! .... ideally suited for beginners as well as advanced, Evi is very responsive to the needs of the course participants. The courses at Evi really helped my tense everyday office life!

Evi (die Yogalehrerin) geht auch auf ihre Schüler individuell ein und unterstützt einen auch damit die Übungen richtig ausgeführt werden. Richtig cooler Yogakurs den ich nur weiter empfehlen kann! Attend the normal yoga class (neither baby nor pregnancy class). The units are demanding and also fun. Evi (the yoga teacher) also deals with her students individually and supports them so that the exercises are carried out correctly. Really cool yoga course that I can only recommend!

Ich hatte davor keine Yoga-Erfahrung aber Evi erklärt alles so verständlich, dass man schnell reinkommt. Uns hat die kleine Auszeit immer sehr gut getan. Kann ich daher nur empfehlen! I wanted to do something good for my body after my pregnancy and that's why I attended the baby yoga class. I had no yoga experience before, but Evi explains everything so clearly that you can get in quickly. The short break has always been very good for us. I can therefore only recommend it!
