C	Chris “Chriso” Tian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist unfassbar was sich hier erlaubt wird, ok keine Vorort wegen Corona ist ja noch vertretbar.....aber telefonisch nicht erreichbar sein und Wartezeit für Termine eines Telefonats eine Woche ist eine Frechheit!!! It is unbelievable what is allowed here, ok no suburb because of Corona is still justifiable ..... but not being available by phone and waiting a week for appointments for a phone call is a cheek!

Die Dame mit leichtem tiroler Akzent konnte mir auf freundliche und kompetente Art und Weise meine Frage zum Lohnsteuerausgleich beantworten! Vielen Dank und weiter so!! I understand the u.a. Reviews not quite. Got to someone today (25.03.) On a Wednesday afternoon where it would be closed. The lady with a slight Tyrolean accent was able to answer my question about income tax equalization in a friendly and competent manner! Thanks and keep it up!!
M	Ma Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich rufe heute, 15.01, an um eine Frage zu stellen. Dame war sehr unfreundlich!!!! Ich könnte ihre Dialekt ( Tirol ) nicht so gut verstehen und als ich gesagt hab, dass ich leider nichts verstanden hab, hat sie aufgelegt. 2 mal probiert und die 2 Dame war genau so unfreundlich wie die erste. Wenn ihr mit eurem Job nicht zufrieden seid, sucht ihr einen anderen ! I call today, January 15th, to ask a question. Lady was very rude !!!! I couldn't understand her dialect (Tyrol) so well and when I said that I unfortunately didn't understand anything, she hung up. Tried twice and the 2 women were just as rude as the first. If you are not satisfied with your job, you are looking for another one!

Und am Telefon wusste die in Braunau(wurden automatisch dorthin verbunden) ned warum in Schärding keiner da ist. Ich persönlich warte nun schon seit 4 Monate auf Familienbeihilfe. Ist zwar laut Telefon schon in Bearbeitung aber kann noch dauern. Die am Telefon war ok. Kann ja sie nix dafür wenn andere langsam arbeiten. An old man has an appointment at 9 o'clock. Called extra. And stands in front of closed doors. And on the phone in Braunau (they were automatically connected there) didn't know why nobody was there in Schärding. Personally, I've been waiting for family allowance for 4 months now. According to the phone, it's already in progress, but it may take some time. The one on the phone was ok. It's not her fault if others work slowly.
