M	Melanka Kasper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon. Wurde einfach unter dem Gespräch unterbrochen da die Dame mit Kärntner Dialekt einfach aufgelegt hat. Ich versteh das viele Anfragen sind aber freundlich bleiben kann man trotzdem. Very rude employee on the phone. Was simply interrupted during the conversation because the lady with Carinthian dialect simply hung up. I understand that there are many inquiries but you can still stay friendly.

Da sind die Mitarbeiter beim Finanzamt in Linz um einiges kompetenter und freundlicher. Such an unfriendly lady on the phone was amazing. Wait 15 minutes until whoever answers the phone and then so unfriendly ?. The employees at the tax office in Linz are a lot more competent and friendly.

D	Dr. KOAL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service: Ich fand es super! Klar keiner zahlt gern Steuern, aber mir wurde auch noch kurz vorm Dienstende geholfen. Und das sehr freundlich. Arbeitszeiten: sind wie bei jedem Amt, somit weiß jeder worauf er sich einlässt. Wird auch seine Gründe haben. Bonus: Ich konnte sogar mein E-Auto gratis laden während der Wartezeit. ?? TOP. (aber nur Schuko) Service: I loved it! Obviously nobody likes to pay taxes, but I was helped shortly before the end of duty. And very friendly. Working hours: are like any office, so everyone knows what they are getting into. Will have reasons too. Bonus: I was even able to charge my e-car for free while I was waiting. ?? TOP. (but only Schuko)
